PROGRESSIVE PROGRAMMING

Our workouts are designed with you in mind. They will bring you close to, but not push you over your limits. Expect dynamic classes planned out that challenge you, yet are exhilaratingly fun.

We pride ourselves on high-quality and effective coaching to help you achieve your goals. Everything we plan and do is with intention - from the cues we utilise, to the encouragement we give. We aren't cheerleaders, nor do we give lip service.

Fantastic experience: I love Mountainview CrossFit! They have created a Mom and Baby class that allows me to bring my 5 month old to workout and it has been one of the best parts of my maternity leave so far! It’s really nice to be able to have a hard workout without having to leave your baby at home. 10/10 Recommend

Fantastic experience: Great Crossfit Gym. Owners are supper people and motivated. If you are looking for a challenging workout or just trying to get in shape, I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: *Small Preamble: If you're considering trying CrossFit for the first time - find a gym that makes you feel at ease and where you can feel confident trying new things. CrossFit works :) It can be difficult but it's beyond worth it. Good luck on your journey!* A really lovely and welcoming CrossFit gym. The coaching staff are wonderful & attentive, & the classes are really well run. The programming is great - solid, classic CrossFit. It's accessible and scalable to give everyone the challenge that they're looking for! The owners are clearly putting a lot of heart into the place & it shows.
