Fantastic experience: A great price and a good variety of equipment.

Negative experience: I wanted to give 0 stars but unfortunately Google doesn't allow this. Worst gym experience to date, and I have a few. Moved across country and they wouldn't cancel my contract. Continued to pay monthly because I was told it was cheaper than buying out the 6 months remaining. Came in and did the paperwork to downgrade to basic membership before leaving and it never happened. Have been charged $20 per month since and now have to pay $130 to close it out. Mental. ABSOLUTELY the worst gym I've been to for customer service and appreciation. I sincerely hope a larger gym moves into the area and this one fails miserably. That would help me sleep better at night.

Negative experience: Lost my Visa card where my membership fee comes off monthly.. was in the day that the membership fee was due and was unable to just pay for my membership fee, but was dinged an extra 40$ because I did not say my visa was losted even though I was on time trying to pay my fee ... have been here for over 2 years with no financial issues so a little leaniency over a specific situation would have been nice..

Positive experience: Good cheap place to workout, it has everything you need. They have very helpful personal trainers to set you on the right track as well. The equipment is a little worn-out and old but the price is just unbeatable.

Positive experience: Great price for a gym membership. They charge $10 monthly with a $30 enrollment fee. They do charge a rate guarantee fee of $19 twice a year - still cheaper than most gyms out there. Their equipment is pretty old but they're mostly in working condition. They have pretty stupid rules if you're weight training. For example, can't drop weights when you bench press, can't make breathing noises (as said by the owner) etc.
