Fantastic experience: I was visiting from Ontario and was happy to find a crossfit box in the area. My my girlfriend who is 59 did her first crossfit class and she really enjoyed it. Pier-Guy was very helpful in making it a comfortable/uncomfortable experience. No matter your age or fitness level crossfit is accessible to everyone. I would highly recommend you try out Buckingham Crossfit!

Buckingham CrossFit est de loin le meilleur endroit où je me suis entrainée jusqu'à présent. Les entrainements sont toujours différents. On est amené à se surpasser. Positive experience: The gym is great, the coached I talked to and trained with were fantastic. The only issue I had was actually getting a membership. They have a mandatory fundamentals course, that includes 3sessions for just over $100, but are unable to run the fundamentals if anything else is going on, and not on weekends. Maybe my luck was terrible with timing, but after trying to figure out how to actually sign up for a week and still not being able to get it done, I'll be going somewhere else.
