Fantastic experience: J'adore buckingham crossfit! Même si je manque plusieurs jour, j'y retourne avec bonheur et n'abandonne pas! Les encouragement des coachs et des membres fond une énorme différence! Merci d'avoir créer un endroit pour s'améliorer positivement peux importe le niveaux!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been frequenting this crosfit for several months now, and I’m absolutely hooked on CrossFit and the fantastic community vibe here! Not only have I noticed tangible improvements in my strength and muscle gain, but I’ve also fallen in love with how my body shape has transformed. I’m grateful to have found this crosfit , and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s new to strength training or simply loves hitting the crosfit regularly.

The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, tailoring workouts to fit individual fitness levels while still pushing everyone to achieve their best. Meilleur endroit pour amorcer un changement! Je le recommande chaleureusement à quiconque veux améliorer sa qualité de vie, se préparer à un évènement sportif ou simplement améliorer son bien-être!

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from Ontario and was happy to find a crossfit box in the area. My my girlfriend who is 59 did her first crossfit class and she really enjoyed it. Pier-Guy was very helpful in making it a comfortable/uncomfortable experience. No matter your age or fitness level crossfit is accessible to everyone. I would highly recommend you try out Buckingham Crossfit!

Buckingham CrossFit est de loin le meilleur endroit où je me suis entrainée jusqu'à présent. Les entrainements sont toujours différents. On est amené à se surpasser. Les coachs offrent une belle supervision.

Fantastic experience: The best gym i've been to so far. The trainors and members support one another and encourage you to be your best. Plus the price is very reasonable compared to others!!!

Positive experience: The gym is great, the coached I talked to and trained with were fantastic. The only issue I had was actually getting a membership. They have a mandatory fundamentals course, that includes 3sessions for just over $100, but are unable to run the fundamentals if anything else is going on, and not on weekends. Maybe my luck was terrible with timing, but after trying to figure out how to actually sign up for a week and still not being able to get it done, I'll be going somewhere else.
