They push when needed, all while creating such a safe space to try new things and test your limits. The shopgym community is incredible, most supportive gym environment I’ve ever been in. Fantastic experience: Anyone can join and enjoy success here. I have fun at the Shop Gym and everyone is working hard and the coaches are delivering efficient work outs. there is definitely a community feel within the group and everyone is encouraging and supportive to newbies.... its where you belong!
