Fantastic experience: Je n’ai jamais aimé les gym, mais celui-ci est différent! Les entraînements en groupe, c’est super motivant! Les coachs sont attentionnés et compétents. Il y a des membres de tous les niveaux de forme physique, mais aucun jugement :) Tous les exercices peuvent être adaptés à notre niveau ou à nos limitations physiques. La meilleure place pour se mettre en forme :)

Fantastic experience: The spa is incredible! Beautiful, modern, in the forest on the hills, surrounded by amazing nature. The spa has many facilities (hot and cold baths, various saunas, resting areas, bistro, and many more). It is not small and not big. Just perfect. I visited many spas in the province of Quebec, and I will admit this is my favorite one. I highly recommend it. This spa is clean and neat. The sounds of little stream and also the waterfalls the spa created are wonderful. There is also free herbal tea. Nice touch! I do have 2 remarks though. 1. Bistró: not to the chef. Usually I love food in the bistro of the spa, but this time the spring rolls were not impressive at all. It felt like I was eating steamed rice with raw veggies, there was barely any shrimp or fish. The sauce wasn’t the best. Whole thing was boring and unsatisfying. Including the salad that came all naked and plain. Good that I asked for a dressing. However, I don’t want to discourage anyone. Usually food there and other dishes are delicious. 2. The 5-hour booking means that 1 hour in bistro is in those 5 hours you have. So be aware. 3. Accessibility for people with mobility issues: I couldn’t bring a family member because so many stairs would be unbearable for her. Be aware. I hope in the future the accessibility will be improved although I under that the spa’s architectural positioning on the hills make it challenging to change anything. Overall, I still give 5 stars to this spa because it is truly one of the best in Quebec.

Welcoming and family oriented, lead by two fierce women who at the beginning of 2020 decided to make a difference in our community. They know how to keep growing in these challenging times by offering different types of classes and relying on a fantastic coaching team I always feel challenged to the right intensity!

CF Minka has many classes tailored for the elite, not so elite and novice For any workout, i.e WOD, interval, abs/core, there's always options to scale down exercises, this place is soo inclusive!!. I do it time to time . The coaches have a UBY (unlock the best in you) philosophy and are very attentive, knowledgeable, accredited and have a variety of athletic background. Glad i'm part of this great community!!
