Fantastic experience: I went in for a visit not a work out. The facilities were super clean with modern equipment. It does appear to be super busy in the mornings, so choose your time wisely.

There is lot of bodybuilding machines and the staff is very nice. This is my all time favorite gym.

Positive experience: I love this gym and the wide variety of equipment that they offer! Referencing some of the comments here, the cable machine issue has been a problem for several months to the point where if you try pulling the cable even with no weight it would get stuck. I know it’s not the facility's fault and it’s the patrons and how they abuse the equipment so you can’t fault them for that. The ONLY thing I would change is the front desk. At most gyms when you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and something along the lines of, “Enjoy your workout”. I’ve been going to the gym for a year and a half now, and I have never had someone tell me, “Hello”, “Have a good workout” or “Have a good day”. I’m usually the one saying, “Have a good day” when leaving and that usually makes them say something. Other than that it’s a good gym!

Negative experience: I’ve waited around 30 minutes just to get a basketball because apperently the staff need to go around the gym for 30-40 minutes and make people wait to get the stuff so they can do they’re workout

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff . Excellent facility. No turf, but that's okay. They have every other major amenity , sauna, hottub , pool, huge gymnasium, and track. The best part is the price point for daily admission, $10 a day beats anoly other facility around. And $20 for 3 .. cmon now .. F$&@ yea !! Go here instead of servus ;)

Negative experience: Don't let the pictures fool you, more then most their equipment is beat down trash. Edit : Your cable machines in the weight room are so old and worn that each cable, even though the selected weights are the same require significantly different forces applied to pull. You use a white crayon to mark the dumbells weight. When I was there the other day multiple sets of weights were missing(2 sets of 80 90 100) and they were not in the field house or the weight room. If you need a reference you should stop by some of the unit gyms, even snap fitness is in better shape. (Changed to 1star due to managers complete disregard to the shape of his facility)

When a gym has Nordic curl machines and different high quality bars, for all kinds of training and applications, you can be assured that the people running this gym have read a book or two about strength and conditioning. Easily rivals some of the greatest athletic gyms in the world.

Positive experience: Great gym, the front desk PSP staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Sports stores is helpful and willing to buy new equipment if there in an interest. They recently got some strongman equipment like atlas stones, rogue throwing bags, farmers handles and a log which is a big bonus. Great field house, tons of cardio room. Very busy in the morning during the week but Great programs for military families. My only complaint would be the pool has been under maintenance for about, ever and the civilian staff sometimes is not understanding of military families but it's best not to get rude and stay diplomatic. Great gym.

Fantastic experience: This gym has everything, I mean if you can think of a piece of equipment, or type of lifting you do, whether that’s powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit or just sports stuff, it will have what you need. There’s a reason some call this place the “hidden gem.” Staff are nice, members are super supportive and will offer spots on anything.

Positive experience: As a facility and equipment, it is on par with most municipal facilities. With the COVID19 restrictions it remains to be seen how they will be managed but being a FedGov facility I am hopeful it will be strict/professional and fair.

Fantastic experience: Large facility with lots of equipment. I never have to wait in line to use something, which is a major plus. Everyone there is really nice, and they give great fitness advice.

You will find a fairly sizable weight/cardio room, a field house with basketball and indoor soccer courts surrounded by a 200 meter running track. There is also a crossfit and powerlifting area in the field house. The facility also has 4 squash courts, 2 more basketball/volleyball courts and a swimming pool. Outside there is an 8km scenic trail great for running, cycling and walking. Very reasonable membership fees and is not exclusive to military members.

Fantastic experience: This place has training rooms and equipment to suit all fitness styles. Their traditional gym area is good for strength training and bodybuilding. They have a room resembling a CrossFit gym as well, which is great for being able to move and do pretty much anything you want. And the field house is great for conditioning and getting some cardio in. AND their rates are incredibly affordable.
