Follow members are respectful. The owner is very friendly and communicates with his members. Very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this fitness centre.

Any guidance that is needed can Rick is there to help. The classes are fantastic, I am far from being in shape and the first class I took was welcoming and accommodating. I felt amazing afterwards. The classes are challenging, fun and help build your confidence in a positive social setting. Brent is a fantastic personal trainer who carefully listens to your needs, and wants to work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals. Brent and Rick do a phenomenal job working with you to achieve a healthy better you. The gym itself is well laid out, clean and easily accessible. The equipment is new and well maintained. There are a very of machines, weights, mats for Calisthenics, equipment for weight training , resistance training and more.

Fantastic experience: Since beginning a healthier lifestyle 5 years ago, Postma Fitness has been the best gym by far! Personable, goals oriented, competitively priced and friendly!

Fantastic experience: I did 15 Personal Training Sessions over a period of 4 weeks with Brett to achieve some personal goals. Not having exercised at all in the past 3 years it was very difficult to get back in the routine. Brett was very patient but most of all he was very positive and encouraging. He pushed my limits very subtly. 2 weeks in the session he made the impossible difficult and in the next 2 weeks the difficult became possible. I thank Brett sincerely in helping me achieve my goals in a short period of time.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and great trainers. The classes focused on the whole body and always had the right amount of stretching before and after a workout. While attending classes I never had to worry about going for a massage to treat a sore back.

Fantastic experience: The new multi-functional equipment, wide selection of free weights and large work out areas put Postma at the top when it comes to gyms in Blenheim as far as I'm concerned. Whether it be cross training, body building, power lifting or just keeping fit Postma has what you need to achieve your goals. Being a regular there, it's nice to walk into clean showers, bathrooms and change rooms as well. It has been a positive environment and enjoyable atmosphere to work out in.

Fantastic experience: Postma Fitness has been a great part of my life for 6 yrs now. I never go to a class feeling like I’ve wasted my time, and if I miss a class I’m eager to make it up. Love how every class can be so different. Especially enjoy the friendships I have made with many gym members. Excited for the move to the new facility in July.

Ricky and Brett do an amazing job to keep classes fun and they always ensure that you are doing the exercises property to avoid injury. Ricky helps you achieve what you want out of your workouts and if you can not do a certain exercise he will modify it. I recommend going and it give a try. You will be happy with the high energy and positivity from Ricky, Brett and fellow classmates.
