Eric has a unique and professional approach like no other in the county. He is very knowledgeable and really wants his clients to succeed. Fantastic experience: Before the lockdown, I frequented this place 3-5 times a week. It's always clean and the class atmosphere is great. Erik manages his space very efficiently. If you have a hard time with a specific exercise, he will modify or change it for you to accommodate. I am happy to have started exercising here as I have never had such great results.
