They will never let you train un-attended if you need it, they constantly promote the awesome crossfit community through multiple events per year. The place is HUGE, equipment is renewed regularly and coaches DO stay informed on training/ nutrition research. They have specialized classes and many parallel programming available for everyone's goal.
