Fantastic experience: I miss this place. I worked out here for 1.5 years before Covid hit. Before I started I had only done the typical big box gym university gym stuff and only casually. I had never done Olympic lifting. The people here were very welcoming. All of my main lifts increased quickly. Suzanne programs with a plan. There is lots of focus on form and lifting to your comfort level. I now feel much more confident with my squats than I did when I started. I would still be going here if I hadn't moved.

Negative experience: This place treats you like nothing if you’re new or not part of their gang. I went into for a free trial but when I showed up, nobody welcomed me for a solid 10 minutes as they were watching their buddies exercising. Nobody looked at me, sais hi nor acknowledge my presence. Then finally someone answered me and told me I needed to send an email to someon or order to make an assessment?? ARE YOU SERIOUS NOW - AT THAT TIME, I WAS DOING CROSSFIT FOR FICE YEARS AND I DON’T NEED AN ASSESSMENT. Very insulting.

Fantastic experience: I did the intro class here and was really happy. The staff and other members of this place are super positive and great. Would like to go back once things with Covid settle down a bit.

Positive experience: Overall a good little box. Perfect if your only looking for that simple 1hr class. Pros: Good coaching. Their info is right on point and always available to help correct any miscues. Clean facility. Good set up for workouts, especially given Covid. Great location. Cons: No method of workout/score logging offered. No open gym or ability to work before/after classes. (This might be Covid related, so may change in the future) Shower/change rooms are sub par. Will definitely be stopping by again in the future. The cons are few and having a welcoming environment to go an break a sweat is more than worth it.

Fantastic experience: One of the most welcoming AND challenging gyms I’ve ever been to. If you’re looking to be challenged physically while still sweating in a fun, friendly environment this is the place.
