Fantastic experience: J'ai commencé il y a 3 semaines alors que je me sentais au pire de ma forme. Pas besoin d'être pro ou avoir l'air de savoir ce que tu fais parce que les coaches sont bien formés, gentils et tiennent compte de la progression de chacun. Les classes sont de maximum 12 personnes et sont bien réparties dans la journée de manière à bien entrer dans les horaires de travail. L'endroit est propre et l'équipement est sécuritaire.
