Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym. Great coaches and excellent facility with lots of modern and clean equipment. From beginners to long time members all are made to feel welcome from not only the coacjing staff but from all members.

Fantastic experience: My son absolutely loves the after school program and thinks the owner an other staff are awesome.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best personal training and friendliest gym around. I don't care if you are 15 or 90, overweight or outta shape, fitness buff or looking to meet people....this is the place for you. You are guaranteed to fall in love with fitness and your new friends!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout but even greater peolple Michelle is always giving great instruction and pointers. Elsie is always pushing me to do more and challenge myself. Jay was very helpful in the beginning and made all the workouts very accessible. Jamie has always taken time during workouts to talk and give me pointers.

Fantastic experience: Great training facility which has just recently expanded. I noticed more in endurance, strength and how toned I have gotten in 6 months at DSF, than 2 years at a regular gym. The coaching staff are great and they will scale all workouts to your abilities. I found all members to be very friendly and welcoming, I was at first intimidated my first class but very quickly I was welcomed without any judgement of my non-fitness background. Try a visit and you wont regret it.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding gym with very knowledgeable coaching staff; suitable for all ages and fitness types. The sense of community at this gym is not like anything I've ever experienced before.

Fantastic experience: I love it at Crossfit DSF. The small classes allow the coach to keep a close eye on everyone, checking form, commenting on progress and keeping you motivated the entire class. The atmosphere created by the coach and other members will get you hooked and have you excited to come back the next day. I'm so glad to have found this gym and I reccomend it to everyone! People of all ages and fitness levels can do it!
