Fantastic experience: Nice team and great environment
Fantastic experience: We dropped in yesterday. Apple Maps brought us to the old location so we ended up arriving a little late (instead of early). The Google location is correct FYI. We received a warm welcome from the coach at the 545 class. She helped orient, guide, and encourage throughout the class. She even invited us to stay to use the open gym after class was over. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend if you are visiting from out of town!

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Crossfit Dieppe (old YQM). We tried a lot of different crossfits in the atlantic in the last few years when on vacation and this one is amazing! Beautiful gym and well organized. Great coaches and the atmosphere there between people is great. The owner Luc Gautreau is competent and has a genuine passion for his gym. Luc and all coaches have that great ability to connect with people and pleasant to be around.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at CFD for over a year and it has truly been life changing! The coaches are excellent and scale the workouts according to your skill level. I started at the gym with a goal to slim down (which I’ve done) but the bigger benefits have been increased flexibility, cardio and overall strength. The coaches and other members make it a fun community that keeps you motivated!
