Positive experience: I've been a member here since last month, and it's been a fantastic experience with a great selection of machines. I really enjoy the old-school vibe. The staff is friendly and does an excellent job of keeping everything organized and clean. The variety of lower body machines is SUPER impressive—there's a Hack squat, Pendulum squat, hip press, V-Squat, belt squat, vertical leg press, leg press, leg curl, standing leg curl, leg extension, adductor, glute machine, and even calf dorsi flexion machine hahaha. You’ll find everything you need for lower body workouts. I can’t think of any lower body machines that are missing from the gym. I noticed that the selection of back machines is a bit limited than lower body machines. The incline cable row from Atlantis is a unique piece that I haven't seen in other nearby gyms, and i really love it, and there's high row, low row, lateral row, and I love so many attachment they offer for cable machines. I would love to see more options for back exercises, like a D.Y. row, rotary pull-down machine, lateral front lat pulldown, and another low row machine. Overall, I’m so happy with my decision to switch from a big franchise gym to this one.

Fantastic experience: My son travels from Surrey to Langley daily to go to Total Fitness. It's the best gym for machines, environment, cleanliness and overall workout experience. Definitely worth it.

Negative experience: I’m so disappointed with this gym and it’s owner, I was going to this gym for a year and I postponed it for a month after coming back they said it’s tuition changed to 90 dollars for 10 training days a month, and when was asking them about the reason, the business owner told me I should go somewhere else. The way he talked was opposite customer service and they lost a customer for ever and losing one customer means losing many many others. I recommend them to learn business and customer service and then start a business, they are so rookie.

Fantastic experience: Recently signed up at this gym over the anytime fitness down the road. I am very happy I signed here since this seems like a great facility! I did work at a gym for 4 years so I have experience in the industry. The staff was super helpful and kind and are very pleasant when I go at 6:00 am or mid day. I even dealt with the owner a couple times and he was super nice and polite. The facility is large and has everything you would need for beginner and advanced lifting. The equipment is nice and in good shape and everything is clean and organized. There is cleaning bottles everywhere for sanitizing equipment, I do notice that every one there does their part and sanitizes after using the equipment. 10/10 love this gym and would recommend to anyone looking for a spot in the walnut grove, willowby, Langley, or port Kells area.

Fantastic experience: Wicked gym, designed more for bodybuilding but has all the machines you could ask for. Has a powerlifting area and cardio area too. Even when it's busy theres enough machines for everyone to still use them comfortably.

Fantastic experience: It can be intimidating or motivating working out w a gym full of body builders and fitness models, so much knowledge and hunger in this incredible space, with great staff, pricing, equipment, location and parking.

Fantastic experience: Wish I came here sooner. Adam, the owner foster a positive and non judgment gym. It has been a while since I’ve gone to the gym and his hospitality has really touch me. I was struggling with an equipment and he noticed and quickly came over to help. Everyone here is also super supportive and sweet and there’s no better place to go than here! The gym is super clean, affordable and such a hidden gem!

Fantastic experience: Been working out at this gym for 11 years and it BY FAR out performs every other gym I've been to regarding; customer service, cleanliness, members, and pricing. Over the years I've seen the staff and ownership consistently improve the gym giving the best experience possible weather it be; new weights, machines, cables, over the counter products, and more. Memberships are incredibly affordable, hours operation are excellent, and the overall environment/culture is second to none. Would highly recommend to all age demographics.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out here for the last few weeks and this gym ain’t for kids. This is an old school bodybuilding Olympia kinda gym and I love it. I haven’t really interacted with the staffs but I like to be left alone when I’m in the gym so it’s perfect. So many jacked & fit people here it’s very motivating and I like how everyone knows their gym etiquette. They also have a heavy bag in the corner so I can have fun boxing around before and after lifting weights. Very good price for what they offer, perfect gym if you’re serious about working out.

Amazing, brand new, top of the line equipment, every frickin leg machine you can think of lol, and on top of all that, the staff are all friendly as heck! You owe it to yourself to come check this gem out. P.S. ...the changingroom and floor renovations look amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for years. Staff are friendly and the equipment is kept in great condition and changed regularly to ensure the best is being offered. There are four squat racks so if this is what you are looking for you are almost always guaranteed one will be available. Reccomend checking this gym out if you are looking for a new gym.

This helped me having ideas of working out, which was very helpful as I did not have any experience of gym. + the gym is right next to the bus If you need a transit. Thanks to the owner and staffs for helping me getting used to the gym. Now I'm confident to become healthier.

Fantastic experience: I was a former Steve Nash/Fitness World Member since 2006... When Steve Nash shut down I was referred to go to Total Fitness by a personal trainer friend if mine. She was right.. This has everything I need... New Machines that are awesome... and there is a good wide open area for hitting the punching bag.. I highly recommend to anyone to try out this gym
