Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, training structure, and people!

Fantastic experience: I tried a few gyms before going to Sheepdog and can say with certainty that it was the best choice. From the coaches to the other athletes, a super friendly community, I felt welcomed since day one, especially after being in Canada for just 1 year. Everyone was always very patient and helped me a lot. 6 months of many challenges but I achieved many goals and I'm sure the friendly environment was one of the main incentives! No one finishes alone! <3

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a top notch CrossFit gym in the tri cities area, sheepdog CrossFit is the place to be! Exciting classes that follow the CrossFit training method and overall a great place to workout. The instructors are friendly and lots of good people in the classes. I really like how the instructors breakdown complicated movements such as snatches, cleans etc.

Fantastic experience: Sheepdog Crossfit offers an amazing opportunity to push yourself and your fitness to new heights in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. The brand new facility is fantastic with a second floor dedicated to kids and teens so the whole family can work out together. If you live in the Tri-Cities communities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody), do yourself a favour and check out what they offer for personal fitness and mobility.

Fantastic experience: I was a visiting crossfitter and this place truly embodies the camaraderie of the CrossFit community. They always showed me the utmost hospitality and even let me try out their Strongman equipment giving me one on one coaching. Speaking of which, I believe this is the only Crossfit gym in the Tri-Cities area that has access to Strongman implements like yokes, logs, stones etc. So if that's something that catches your fancy these are the people to go see! Seb and Chris are people that I have the pleasure of knowing personally and are always willing to lend their considerable expertise in the pursuit of physical excellence. Any time I'm in the area I know that I'll be paying these fine folk a visit!
