Fantastic experience: The atmosphere of the gym is always very welcoming. There’s always a cheerful manner to training, which motivates me as a client. That should tell you everything you need to know about training at this gym. If you are looking for professional, personable personal trainers/coaches that get results, while being part of a very motivated community. Dog’s Den can’t be beaten!

Positive experience: Enjoyed my membership with Dogs Den! I joined the 6 month promo that offered complimentary "on-ramp". Once COVID hit and all gyms closed I was told I will not get a refund for the amount I paid. Instead, my membership was extended by 2 months after the gym opened. However, to all the NEW Crossfitters I would suggest doing the "on-ramp" with someone who actually runs the classes. During the classes, it was important for me to have a coach monitor my movements here and there. Every time there was a new coach running the class I had to tell them about previous injuries to my lower back including the injury I had during a DD FIT class. I would also recommend sticking to the DD Sweat classes until the comfort level is reached for DD Fit. I would love to thank Coaches Freya, Freddy and especially Tye who made it worth coming to the classes. Highly recommended for on-ramp training and personal training. They are very passionate about CrossFit. It shows through the energy they bring during the classes as well as the patience when your struggling. Overall, a great experience which I was able to learn lots from!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a class yesterday while in town for work, the location was convenient and the space was impressive. The members and coaching staff were very welcoming. Enjoyed the WOD and will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Fantastic experience: I have had such a great experience at Dogs Den. The Coaches are extremely supportive, knowledgeable and attentive. The Owners & Coaches greet you when you enter the box and make you feel very welcome. The WODS and programming are challenging and fun. You can tell that a lot of thought and care has been put into the gym and how the Owners and Coaches run it. Dogs Den has created an incredible community and thank you for welcoming me to your box!

Fantastic experience: I was visiting family and I dropped into this friendly CrossFit affiliate. Everyone was really friendly and the coach who was working Troy was super helpful and friendly. I would recommend giving them a shot if your interested in having some quality coaching and live in the Walnut Grove area!

Fantastic experience: I'm just beginning but everyone has been super helpful and friendly. Paul put me through onramp and he was great. Informative, encouraging, and always making sure I'm not doing anything that may cause me to hurt myself. I definitely suggest at least trying them out.

Fantastic experience: I am posting this at 4:30 in the morning, that tells you a lot about the motivation Dogs Den has given me to start my day with their awesome program. The 5:30 class has been a staple for me for almost a year giving me a healthier, stronger body and mind which I take to my daily life. The members and coaches are encouraging and every member is treated like family. Don't hesitate to try.)

Fantastic experience: I've just finished the first 5 days of OnRamp, or the Crossfit foundations courses, and i already give Dog's Den 5 stars. The trainers, I can tell already, are extremely practised and have the intelligence behind each movement they teach. Rather than a 'show-and-now-you-go" approach, they break the lifts into manageable pieces until you get it RIGHT. They dont want you to move on before youve got it since they sincerely dont want anyone getting hurt. What I loved most was that they explained WHY i had to tweak this and that, and fix a few things here and there, because it all comes down to efficiency and being able to move properly, making gravity, torque and force your new best friend. So down to earth, and even the few people I've already met just as I was leaving and they're coming in for class, are so friendly and welcoming. 5 stars, hands down.
