Fantastic experience: I started at Crossfit Abbotsford in January 2016. I trained here for two years before I moved and it is still my favourite gym, even after trying multiple CrossFit gyms after it. Shane is an awesome coach, and their new facility is stunning!

Fantastic experience: I went here to get a bit of upper body strength, and it's become one of the things I look forward to the most every week. Shane is an amazing coach and will get you motivated to believe in yourself, while giving you the confidence to work out safely and effectively. Loving this place!!
