Fantastic experience: Great gym and amazing instructor! The classes are always different with a variety of exercises. Everyone is very welcoming and motivate each other. The gym has a lot of space and great variety of equipment.

Fantastic experience: Great facility with great staff. I'm fairly new to CrossFit, but everyone has been so kind, welcoming and the trainers are very helpful. Plus, drop-in classes are available for those of us with busy schedules that cannot commit to a full monthly membership. I highly recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: Overwhelming programs but worth it!

Negative experience: Went to visit. Shows as open and seems to take registration on the site ... No one was there and no sign. Looks closed . Thanks for wasting my time

Fantastic experience: By far the best crossfit experience I have ever had! Very professional and friendly, up-to-date knowledge of the field, and I definitely am improving (and learning lots) by the variety of programing they offer every day. It does not lie on their website when they say "we are a family"!! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: This gym has a 12 MONTH CONTRACT (the coach said it is mandatory as it is a law in Canada). I needed to cancel in the middle of the month because of back pain (I am not a good condition to continue), I still had to pay $180 (STUDENT FEE) to cancel. In my opinion, as Crossfit is a very high intensity exercise, I am not sure if the contract is fair as it does not consider the health condition of members, which can vary. Also, this box is small with small number of people. I had to workout by myself sometimes and I felt the classes were boring.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! I was always timid when it came to weight lifting, but the small community of this gym is amazing and very welcoming. Trevor is super welcoming and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who is new to crossfit!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to CrossFit 647 for about 3 weeks now. I love every minute of it! Trevor is an amazing and professional coach. He’s always there with positive reinforcements when I doubt my ability. I love this CrossFit gym so much and I’m so happy I make it as a part of my regular routine now! It’s a great atmosphere!
