Olds Splash Park

Fantastic experience: The cutest splash park with an Alberta theme. My kids loved it. I felt like it was clean and well maintained. Lots of tables with shade as well other spots on the grass in the sun or shade.

Positive experience: I do enjoy this splash park. There is plenty of trees around to sit under for shade. There is some picnic tables on the cement in the splash park area, those seem to get taken up very fast in the day. There is washrooms. I do wish there was more in splash park, this town is getting bigger and sometimes this splash park is very packed. But either way it is still fun for the kids.

Fantastic experience: Very beautiful place

Fantastic experience: Lots of space to sit, we went on a very hot weekday afternoon. It shuts down sometime between 5 and 6pm for maintenance but it was only about 20 minutes. The water fountain wasn't working when we were there. There's a farm/bug theme which is super cute.

Positive experience: Kids had fun, nice space between water features and it was clean. Only downside was the shaded picnic tables were close to some water features and you got wet if sitting at them.

Positive experience: Great splash park, fun agricultural themed splash park. Great hours! We were hoping for swings and such in the same park...but other than that it was good

Fantastic experience: We liked this splash park for the shaded picnic tables. Kids enjoyed the splash park structures a lot. There are washrooms too.

Fantastic experience: Our kids love this splash park! It has many cool features including a Combine with slide and water jets, and a water tower that periodically lets out a huge dump of water! Perfect for a family play and picnic especially since they have bathrooms there and their picnic tables have shades above them

Positive experience: It'd be great if they actually turned the water on when it's supposed to. Over 20 minutes later and several phone calls and they finally show up. Shouldn't someone be scheduled for such an important job?! Besides that, it's a decent water area. It is extremely lacking in proper washroom and changing facilities, leaving most people to change in their cars, which is a struggle with small children. Separate washroom and changing rooms are desperately needed.

Positive experience: Very nice place for kids and friends who like to play in the water in the summer

Negative experience: Not happy about the splash park being down and out of service. Hoping that the town gets it back working for this summer. Not impressed at this point.

Positive experience: Don't get me wrong, this is a great water park, but they have a few posted rules that are very strict and even unreasonable: Small Children Only - Really? Older children, teenagers, and adults shouldn't be allowed to use the facility to cool down? Do Not Use If You Had Diarrhea Within The Past 14 Days - Oh, come on! Surely I'm not the only human who doesn't keep track of every bowel movement they had over the past 2 weeks? If they would revise the rules to be more realistic I'd give it a 5 star rating!
