Positive experience: Great pools for meets, clean changing room, enough seating for parents with great views, main issue limited parking spots.

Negative experience: Please lower the cost of your electric chargers! It’s double the norm and it’s always unused. Let’s put all those solar panels to good use

Positive experience: It’s unbelievable that there wasn’t any professional badminton flooring at the provincial tournament! Today, a player severely twisted his knee, and I believe this was caused by the lack of proper flooring. Of course, this could be the organizer’s way of cutting costs.

Positive experience: The pool is fantastic and there's so much to do here but if I had to point out something that could use some improvement it would be the cleanliness of the change rooms and the showers. I do recommend this establishment.

Positive experience: Been built for 10 years, but still feels very modern. They have a large gym for hosting various activities and competitions. The swimming pool is Olympic size. They also have a gym. The parking lot is very large, so you'll always be able to get a spot. There are also EV Chargers available. York University is being built right next door.

Negative experience: I just read this allows encourages a 50 yr old man who identified to be a 14 yr old girl, to compete against13 yr old girls?also showering and changing in the girls room. I'm 47 and a Real women I would be scared let alone a 13 yr old.

Negative experience: No hot water and water pressure was very weak for the changing room. You should bring your own hair dryer!!!

Negative experience: Absolute predators.They are allowing and support allowing a 50 year old man to be in the showers and changing rooms with minors.

Positive experience: Great facility for drop-in activities - badminton, pickleball or table tennis. Lots of free parking but front door a long walk especially on cold and rainy days. Lots of change rooms and always very helpful staff. Prefer the online preregistration and payment for activities during covid. No social distancing issues or early lineups hoping for a spot like current practice across Markham activity centres.

Negative experience: If you want you're teen swimming and showering in the locker room with a 50 year old man that say he is a woman.. This is where you send her

Now, we know why Toronto is always ahead of the game: 1) They have the money to invest in building such a beautiful sports center. 2) They have the people to support and develop new programs for their citizens and young athletes. We are missing good leaders in Montreal, QC! Instead, we invested in slowing down driving at 40km/h, from three to only one car lane and spending Billion $$$ on a non-functional transportation system such as the new REM. If you are looking to improve your life and for a better future for your kids, it's time to plan to live in Toronto, where everything is possible like New York City without leaving Canada.

Positive experience: Large place. We attended a jujitsu tournament. The place serves some food. It's a very busy place. Very spacious and clean. Lots of seats to sit and enjoy the games

Positive experience: Has an Olympic sized pool, and is big but it feels small. Pool is deep all throughout. Change rooms are small compared to other Olympic sized pools I've got to. In the change room all the showers are separated.

Negative experience: 50 year old man allowed to compete in 13/14 year old female swim competition. Because it was never JUST about gender. It's about infiltrating every aspect of your children's life.

Positive experience: Nice place. Officiated for a swim meet. Lots of room to sit as an official. The stands seem as little small but maybe not as much volume depending on meet. could benefit from more accessible seating. Lots of accessible parking and there is a spill over lot as well. It fills up fast with a 4 hour maximum parking allowance. Compared to Toronto Pan Am the pool seems smaller and so is the space to spectate.

Fantastic experience: Was here working security for Grandmaster Tommy Chang's Taekwondo Tournament. 2 weeks ago. Great experience and got to witness live TKD action. Facilities were kept very clean and organized. Even with hundreds of people moving around (coaches, athletes, parents, spectators) there was never chaos or panic.

Courtside and gallery spectator seating. Side rooms for meetings or treatment. Info desk with Lost & Found. Attractive exterior. Lots of parking. Shopping nearby.

Positive experience: Nice facility but spectators seats are the most uncomfortable. Easy free parking.

Negative experience: The App constantly re-routed me to a toll route when I specifically indicated I did not want it and a few times when I said NO on a prompt to go to a toll route. It was dangerous that I got re-routed after starting the journey and was not aware of the change so had to make U-turns! Clearly the payment (kick back) from the toll companies are making you alter your algorithm and customer choices. That is disappointing and disgraceful.

Fantastic experience: Modern & Stylish Badminton Courts!

Fantastic experience: Great facilities. We attended a national five day artistic swimming qualifier. The pool was excellent and the seating gave us excellent views. Good parking.

Fantastic experience: I had a really nice time watching sync swimming here. There was a cafeteria and vending machines for drinks. Plenty of seating, and it was quite warm, no need for a sweater.

Negative experience: Went there yesterday for taekwondo event and they were over capacity and left parents and small children waiting outside in the freezing cold and had to pause the event multiple times and they had to cancel events for some of the kids. Very unorganized and people travel from very far away only to disappoint these poor kids who trained hard for this event

Negative experience: We attended a Taekwondo tournament here yesterday. Not sure who responsibility the doors were but they did not have counters and let in way to many people. The tournament was stopped many times to move people around but there was no where to go. Parents and kids sat around for hours not doing anything. They kept asking people to leave but didn't have the sense to let a round complete so people that were done could go home. I was there from 130 to 430 and they never finished a round and my niece and nephew were so exhausted we left without completing as they were 3 hours behind and counting. They even stopped the tournament for 45 min because there was a fight outside. What in gods name did the fight outside have to do with what was going on inside. I would never recommend this venue for a tournament or any type of event where there is a lot of people expected. I have never seen this level of incompetence in an event and the ones that suffered were the kids.

Fantastic experience: I played Pickleball on Tuesday. There are ten courts and there is so spaces between each court. The lighting is good and the ceiling is high enough for all sports.

Positive experience: Built very inconveniently. Not enough parking space for sporting events. Not enough food vendors makes ridiculously long waiting lines.

Fantastic experience: An amazing venue - if not the best for volleyball tournaments in the GTA. The courts are well-maintained and the space is just about perfect. Props to the maintenance staff for keeping this place so well-managed. Always a pleasure to step onto the court here to play.

Positive experience: Great facilities, outstanding pool and gym. Much bigger than it looks from the outside. Though, parking is a huge concern if there is an event. You have to find an alternative if the small parking lot is full. Also, construction around the building doesn't help either.
