Fantastic experience: Smaller pool, but generally less busy than pools in Chilliwack. Great kids pool with a lazy river and two rain features. Lots of floating and diving toys. My kid loves it. The lifeguards are great, very friendly and helpful. I go to this pool rather then other pools whenever I can.

Positive experience: Most of it was closed for maintenance but looked fun & lots of things to do. Heard about the library from the Mayor. It is a REALLY great! I have now been there several times. The Library is wonderful. Nice staff, amazing childrens section

Fantastic experience: I went there and the staff were really helpful. There was a young lady who was at the reception and she helped me in any way she was able to. Abd, she was so kind. I was going to join the library and it was on the right side of the wntrance. You can find books there to borrow, and do not forget to check out their online website.

Fantastic experience: Great place for a swim, hot pool with jets, sauna, steam room, gym, weight room and ice skating for a very low price 3 and sometimes 4 days a week.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Staff is friendly and Facilities are nice and clean. Gym can be very busy during peak times, but it's a great gym! Being able to hit the hot tub/pool/steam room after your work out is an added bonus. Passes are a great price for everything you get access too!

Negative experience: please, people, PLEASE! USE TOWELS IN SAUNA! Sitting in a sauna with a wet swimsuit is absolutely unhygienic and basically discussing. Your sweat is sinking into wood, also microplastic from your swimsuit as well, then it's steaming up and you breathing it in. Just imagine that you breathe someone's sweat into your lungs. Yummy. Towels should be obligatory how it is in most europeen countries. Not using it is just improper and unhealthy. Check it, Google it. Really, level of sauna culture is veery poor here, and I am highly disappointed.

Positive experience: This is a beautiful little spot to go in and have yourself a little workout or even have a swim afterwards, maybe hit the Jacuzzi or sauna, for $5 drop in, where can you go wrong.

Very clean facility with a few options for changing in the men or women's change room or in the separate singular single/family/couple/handicap change rooms in the hall by the lockers. The hot tub is a perfect temp and the Steam room and Sauna are awesome /

Fantastic experience: I booked a conference room with the Hope Recreation center and I am very pleased with the service I received in managing my booking and the day of my booking. There is a team of people who are all in communication, working together and all very friendly!! I must have asked the center 30 different questions about the conference room over a period of time and each representative assisting me was quick to respond and was clear in their response. It was such a great experience. Especially the day of me using the room. The lady at the desk was helpful to me and all of my guests. They sent over a guy to help with setting up tables and providing linens. And another gent came in to check with our audio. This may seem standard, but it all happened in good timing and they were all friendly. Even upon me exiting the building, a random workers asked if I needed help in getting somewhere. Very aware workers, very helpful

Fantastic experience: We frequent this facility. Top notch, great staff. The pool, kids pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are all excellent. There's also a rink, weight room/workout facility and library. The kids love the lifeguards and library staff. However, sometimes the pool is over capacity and you have to wait to get in, altho it doesn't seem like it would be over capacity?

Fantastic experience: Not a huge facility but still has plenty to fit your needs! Did a drop in ($5) while passing through as something to do for the evening. Amazing pool space. There’s a cardio and weight room & even activities like yoga classes. I would frequent if I lived in town.

Positive experience: in a whole, this place is great. the pool's nice, there are tremendous amounts of activities available, and there's a library! i love a good library stacked with tons of brilliant books. then there's the ice rink. that's cool.

Fantastic experience: WOW we moved last march and finally got around to visiting the pool it is really nice very well maintained, staff are very friendly and super on top of covid related measures and have all of that sorted out with arrows and such ,pool is nice an warm around 86ish love the bubble area and the lazy river is so fun as it is really fast but they have a slower one too, would oh e to see the hot tub open to each family group for day like 5ish mins at a time would be nice and maybe having session 10 min shorter and allowing people to line up social distance to rinse off in their family groups Will for sure be back
