Negative experience: Tennis 13 nous déçoit de plus en plus puisqu’ils louent les terrains de tennis au pickleball. Cette activité est très brouillante en raison du matériel de leurs paddles et balles. Le club Tennis 13 devrait faire un effort pour isoler les zones de pickleball avec plexiglass, comme c’est fait en Europe, afin de ne pas empiéter sur les terrains de tennis.

Fantastic experience: Tennis 13 is a phenomenal club. Great courts and staff. Excellent pro shop and very nice bar/restaurant. I highly recommend playing here. Competitive players, leagues and great pros.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym friendly staff, they have a great discount for students making it easier to manage. gym has all the machines you’d ever need as well as boxing bags, 2 grass areas and lifting area, very clean and well maintained. i would like to add that the manager is super helpful and friendly. Love it!!

We go for friend only for badminton but saw they have a gym, and activities but also a store where you can restring your rackets, buy accessories and even a restaurant/café. Outside summer hockey rink maybe winter never paid attention

Fantastic experience: Number one therapy for me! The fitness centre and the fitness classes are amazing. I improved in my skills tremendously . The centre is family oriented too, clean and has a swimming pool and nice tennis courts . Next up for me to learn how to play tennis!

Fantastic experience: Was my first place i tried gym in laval, this place is famous for sport activities. Overall its descent and better maintained place. They have 2 floors just for gym and offers fitness classes for free. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Tennis Junior. J’ai pu me retenir d’écrire cet avis pour un peu de temps mais la, je ne peux plus; il y a 4-5 coach/groupe sur un terrain, plus que 20 enfants sur un seul terrain… à vous de faire la réflexion. En plus, qu’attendu vous d’un coach qui regard ses notes dans un cahier pour savoir comment faire un exercice avec les enfants, ça montre le niveau d’expertise et de familiarité avec ce sport !! Je ne suis pas contre que vous aviez de nouveau coach débutant, mais c’mon, vous nous prenez comme des guinea pig en plus de payer des frais exorbitants. Au moins donner à ces coachs débutant le temps d’avoir une structure à suivre et de maitriser le déroulement d’une session Pour toute personne intéresser à inscrire son enfant pour un cours de tennis Junior, allez-vous faire une visite les matin Samedi/Dimanche, ça vous donnera une idée. 2 étoiles pour le stationnement et la propreté.

Positive experience: Cours piscine enfants ; Sauveteurs : que du positif ! Vestiaire : PIRE vestiaire familiale qu'on a vue. C'est DÉSAGRÉABLE pour des cours d'enfants voyons !!!! 1- le vestiaire est en bas donc loins de la piscine. 2- les douches ont un "oeil magique" pour les activer : beaucoup trop haut pour que ça reste allumé pendant qu'un enfant se lave. 3-impossible d'aider son enfant à se laver sans être aussi trop mouillée pour quelqu'un qui ne prévoyait pas prendre de douche... 4-l'eau devient rapidement trop chaude (peut-être une malchance mais, ma fille avait de la difficulté à rester sous l'eau pour se rincer car c'était bien trop chaud pour elle ...) 5- minuscules cabines. Difficile d'aller aider son enfant à se changer. Bref : le seul positif du vestiaire est la disponibilité de séchoir à cheveux .... **Pour avoir été à plusieurs "piscines publiques de villes" où les vestiaires sont bien, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux d'un centre privé. Surtout au prix des cours....

Negative experience: Most of their Junior Tennis Instructors are a joke, my neighbour and I decided to try Tennis 13 and we registered our daughters for the first time and we are extremely not satisfied by the performance of both instructors. The instructors are unknowledgeable trainers, lacking the basics of teaching tennis to kids, a lot of time wasting, not engaging in a way to make kids like and love to play... certainly not worth time and money $400...

Negative experience: Their pool is dirty every time we went there my kids get sick from the water.. never sew them cleaning pool.. Mr Marc was very bad customer service ..he doesnt never listen, alwys try to be oversmart i briefly explained that we stopped coming to gym because both of my kids got sick for 2 weeks from the pool water but he didnt care he said we still had to pay every penny .. i said we would have loved to come if their pool was cleaned and if my kids didnt get sick.. i said i didnt want to take anymore chances to bring my kids anymore and even my kids never wanted to come .. but mr Mr Marc never understood never listened.. i paid extra 250$ for the time we didnt come and now they want another 250$ and they said if we dont pay 250$ they will take us to the court .. i mean how can they do such thing taking customers to court for their mistakes if they had taken responsibility for the care of their place we would have never stopped coming ..anyway they hung up the phone by screaming at me.. Not professional at all. The most Awful thing we have experienced is that they were beinG extremely RACIST TO ME.. BUT.. Only the girls at the front desk are very very nice and very polite .. they alwys have smile on their face they always said hello to my kids and my wife..

Fantastic experience: Best place to play pickleball in Laval !

Negative experience: This place is swarmed with "wannabe professional" pickleball players! They are aggressive, condescending, and selfish. Pickball players have a tendency to book mainly the badminton fields AND to jump from field to field and play until the real person with the reservation come and ask them to leave. This happened to me 9/10 TIMES! From this and from how timeslots are booked (1 hour, 1:30 hours, 2 hours etc.), I often see them coming in at odd time and get to any field they like (they walk around and check where is empty and go in). This is what I see almost every time: "They come at 8:45 and play until 9 until someone that reserved the field comes in and ask them to leave. Then, they go to another empty field and keep playing until that happen again) I suppose they highly likely come and go as they want. Why highly likely? I don't think they were paying for each field they were on. From my experience, I've seen those people changing fields more than 3 times in one hour. There is no check at the door. Just scan your card and walk in. I wouldn't be surpise if they play more than they paid for. One more nasty thing they do. They will yell at you for using the SIDE of the field to go to the fields in the back. Why? Because you are interrupting their "championship"! PLOT TWIST! When they need to cross, they expect you to stop until they exit. Plus, at the cost of menbership, which is not cheap, picklball players have their own groups and clubs, so they have priority on booking. At a certain time of the week, they book the whole section, including badminton fields for their league. This suck for regular members since they take all the good timeslots and fields. And why the badminton fields as well? Isn't this pickleball? Field standards aren't even the same for both sports! My suggestion is to separate badminton and pickleball membership. Why am I paying for the same cost as them and not being able to get any good field and playtime ? If you are a pickleball player, please play on the pickleball fields! This is seriously a close to 500$ mistake to be a member at Tennis13!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Worked out there for 7 years. Staff and people are nice. Gym is big and the machines are modern. The restaurant is good, and they have a sofa to relax and watch tennis. I also went there for more than 5 years for day camp, and it is amazing. They keep you moving and the day camp instructors were super nice. We would go to the water slides every Friday, I kept some great memories!

Positive experience: La dame à l’accueil est très gentille de même que ses acolytes. Niveau racketball, les réservations sont faciles. Certains terrains manquent d’entretien mais on apprécie la disponibilité. Vestiaire propre, j’apprécie l’endroit

Fantastic experience: Les courts de tennis sont bien entretenus, les coachs et le personnel sont très gentil et accueillant. Le magasin de raquette vend des bon produits et la petit magasin de collations est bien aussi. Je recommande vivement Tennis 13 au amateur de tennis voulant progresser ou juste louer un terrain pour s'amuser. Par contre, les prix de location sont particulièrement élevés selon mon opinion. Mais c'est le seul défaut que j'ai pu trouver. Très satisfait.

Fantastic experience: I have only been to the gym and it is a really good one. I have seen the indoor tennis courts and they look good. To be honest, the pool is a little small. It isn't possible to do laps in it. Other than that, the place is really clean and the gym membership isn't really expensive.

Positive experience: Leur point fort: les installations, ils ont de tout, pickleball, tennis squash, piscine, gym, il ne manque que le tennis de table. Leurs points faibles: À part Kristine, les employés du gym ne font pas respecter les règles, le soir c’est souvent le free for all, les gens n’utilisent pas de serviette, il n’y a aucun code vestimentaire etc. 4 leg curls sur deux étages mais juste un leg extension... L’appareil à poulies au 2e est toujours occupé et avec des gens en attente, en avoir un deuxième serait souhaitable. Le propriétaire du restaurant ne parle pas un mot de français, inacceptable. Il y a un menu français mais tu ne peux commander en français, aussi bien ne donner qu’un menu en anglais tant qu’a faire.... Bref, excellent centre pour les sports de raquette, pour le reste....

Positive experience: J'ai tenté une semaine d'essai gratuite et j'ai adoré. Je n'ai pas hésiter à prendre abonnement! Des cours multiples aussi nombreux le matin que le soir et diversifier, on adore! Bien organisé, un horaire clair avec des locaux biens entretenus. Vestiaire toujours propre, salle d'entraînement également. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de pouvoir voir tout les services offerts sur les lieux, je me garde des surprises haha Personnels souriant et accueillants, on s'y sent rapidement à l'aise. Je ne regrette pas mon choix.

Fantastic experience: Tennis13 is a great gym. The staff is very nice. Marc, the manager, is always very friendly and attentive. The people working at the gym and shake bar are super helpful and motivating. I have had a few conversations with some trainers and gained really great insight. While chatting with Filipe, who is also a trainer, he encouraged me to start using the squat rack as an addition to my leg days, which was an intimidating move for me, and it improved my workouts significantly. I was telling him that I was scared of injuring my back and he helped me make sure my form was good. This is just an example of a small thing, but having tips and tricks from the staff really amplifies my increased interest and knowledge of fitness and everyone at Tennis13 is always down to help. The community is also really nice and friendly. The group classes are great too, especially Mary’s. The gym is clean and has great machines, a sauna, a pool (small), and tennis courts. The weights are generally placed at the right spots, which is great because some gyms don’t bother replacing them and it makes it annoying to look for them during a workout. I like the tennis courts also. I just wish they had kept their no court fees membership which was so great. Overall great experience with tennis13

Fantastic experience: C’est l’endroit où je fréquente presque tous les jours avec mon fils. L’endroit est propre et bien organisé. Les gens sont sympathiques, malgré qu’il y a des confusions au niveau de la préparation du terrain des fois, tout marche très bien. S’ils pouvaient améliorer les terrains de pickball et badminton pour des terrains moins durs, ex:le terrain de caoutchouc, ce serait parfait pour les genoux…

Positive experience: Un peu cher pour le service mais les terrains sont tout de même bien. Par contre le complexe manque cruellement d'infrastructures pour les familles, le vestiaire pour la piscine est minuscule, l'eau des douches est froide depuis des mois. Il n'y a pas non plus de stationnement pour les familles, ce qui serait vraiment super ! Mais je peux comprendre que ce ne soit pas la clientèle cible. Cependant ils gagneraient vraiment à apporter des modifications pour accommoder les familles.

Negative experience: Personne n’a de serviette dans la salle de gym. Les bancs de cuirs sont imprégnés de traces de gras et de sueurs de tête et de fessiers et de dos pleines de sueurs avec le temps. Les appareils sont désuets. Je n’ai jamais vu ça un manque d’hygiène comme cela. Vraiment décevant

Positive experience: J'aime beaucoup l'édifice il ya de tout. Mes enfants prennent des cours de natation aussi la bas et cest bien réchauffé. Je recommande vivement

Fantastic experience: Nous avions souscrit un abonnement d'un an au Carrefour Multisport de Laval pour pratiquer le Squash et le Racquetball, mais nous sommes heureux que cette période soit enfin terminée. Les terrains y étaient mal entretenus et les tarifs excessivement élevés. Désormais, nous allons au Centre Tennis 13 où nous n'avons pas besoin d'un abonnement annuel et où les coûts sont bien plus avantageux.

Positive experience: I got a short 3months winter membership just to play tennis indoors and be able to book courts in advance. Several weeks and weekends was impossible to book the times that i wanted due to either ligues or school/classes booking over 10 of the 12 courts in advance... I was trying Mon evening, Tue evening, Sat morning, Sun evening....all booked. I guess if you are part of a ligue you'd get to play, but independent play is verrrrryyy hard to book, even for paying Club members...and considering it's 80$/month ....it's very expensive for NOT being able to book a court any of the times i tried...:(

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym recently and I'm very impressed so far. The staff who work here are very nice, and i find there's a good sense of camaraderie among the gym goers. The gym is kept nice and clean and is very well maintained also.

Fantastic experience: We had community festival(Gujarati community Ras-Garaba) here in tennis ground for two nights and people enjoyed a lot. Great arrangement done by organizers. Thanks for such a big event.

Positive experience: Clean and well managed. Entrances to courts a bit tight and busy, but great venue.

Negative experience: Je ne vous recommande pas le camp régulier. Les moniteurs manquent d’encadrement. Mon fils revenait chaque jour shocké par leurs attitudes. Même si lui il faisait pas punir, car il est par nature tranquille. Certains de ses collègues se faisaient lancer des balles reçus, menacer et les moniteurs faisaient des commentaires racistes à propos des certains enfants. Par contre, mon autre fils était au camp intensif de tennis et là, ça fonctionnait vraiment bien.

Positive experience: Ils laissent les gens apporter leur radio et faire jouer de la musique sur les terrains. C"est très déplaisant et déconcentrant. S'il fallait que tout le monde fasse de même ce serait infernal.

Fantastic experience: Mes enfants fréquentent le camp de jour depuis 2 ans et sont plus qu’heureux de s’y rendre chaque jour! Je recommande à 200%

Positive experience: Bien mais ils refusent soi disant les moins de 18 ans meme accompagnes d'un adulte.. ceci dit, quand on entre dans le gym, il semblerait que le reglement ne s'applique pas toujours.. dommage. Un jeune de 16 ans accompagné d'un adulte est capable de s'entrainer.

Positive experience: Je vais aux cours de zumba depuis deux semaines. Jana et Nathalie sont super. Pas encore essayé le cours de Richel mais ça ne tardera pas. L'ambiance est conviviale, il y a des rires, des sourires... c'est parfait parfois de ne pas se prendre au sérieux :).

Positive experience: Great gym! Fun Zoom classes. Pickle ball, badminton, tennis, squash, wallyball courts. They offer pilates and yoga.2 spots for indoor golf lessons. Pool's being renovated. We'll kept, Clean lockers and dry sauna. Good waiting/lounge area. Havnt tried the food. Reasonable prices for courts. At times it's so crowded-weekends-Little kids everywhere are there for tennis or swimming lessons.
