Fantastic experience: Great athletic facility, always clean, recently updated the workout room with new machines and floor space. Nice selection of classes recently was introduced to Nia, and loved it. Really feel like I get value for money.

Positive experience: Excellent facility, pool, aquatics, gym very up-to-date equipment. Lots of classes to choose from. Lounge areas and cafe. Sometimes difficult to get into the popular classes as maximum is reached. You need to sign up exactly on time!

Fantastic experience: The JCC is awesome. There are great exercise classes and three pools where my kids take swimming lessons at very reasonable prices.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful clean modern community centre. With amazing gym facilities and exercise classes. The pools are big and perfect for water activities. The staff are kind and accommodating.

Positive experience: The centre deserves a five star as far as the facility, but it is very difficult to get into Aquafit classes. They are always full. So my membership really isn’t getting its money’s worth. I’ve spoken to them about opening up more classes but nothing gets done. If you try phoning no one ever answers and it takes a couple of days for emails to be answered and calls to be returned. They keep soliciting and registering more and more members but cannot service the ones they have.

Fantastic experience: For a community center the facilities are exceptional. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are well maintained. The change rooms are perfectly designed for functionality and a moderate amount of privacy. The staff are especially helpful both in the membership office and the front desk. The restaurant is inexpensive and the food is good. All in all a very good experience.

Positive experience: The facilities are modern and well maintained, and the gym is spacious without ever feeling overcrowded. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are clean and large. However, the basketball court, despite being large and newly built, is often so dusty that it’s frustrating. I find myself slipping occasionally when playing basketball. Additionally, in the men’s changing room the urinals have an horrid odour (there is piss all over the ground). Overall, it's a nice community center, but it has some minor issues.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for two months now and I like it. They have good facilities and group classes. I go to Zumba and yoga classes and I like them a lot. I also use the outdoor pool on weekends and indoor pool in the evening for lane swim. Both pools are quite clean and so is the changing area. The gym does get full - it is a bit small for the # of people using it, but overall people are nice and you wait just a few minutes to use the machines. Change rooms are clean; very basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner. Towel service is extra $. They offer annual membership and monthly membership; monthly is a bit more. They also have discounts for seniors. Overall everything has been good, better than other gyms and community centres.

Fantastic experience: Nice place to learn how to swim

Negative experience: I have never been treated so rudely and been so unwelcomed by a group of members. I attended swimming class with my five month old baby. There was a sign outside of the change room, indicating that I should use the ladies change room instead of the family change room as summer camps were running and using the family change room. It was a notice to inform members to expect the ladies/mens change rooms to be busier over the summer because of this. Upon entering the change room, a terribly rude lady told me to get out and go use the family change room. I politely explained that I was following what the sign had said. She gave me a dirty look and made a disgusted noise. After swim class, I was changing my baby next to another girl also changing her baby. Neither of our babies were crying or making a sound. A member came in and told us that this change room was only for adults. We politely explained that we were following the sign and that although we would prefer to use the family room because it’s a better facility, we were following the sign out front as we understood it. She told us that she is on chemotherapy and doesn’t need to be hearing babies crying because she is trying to enjoy the facilities and relax. She would not drop it and continued to harass us. She interrupted our private conversation, telling us that our generation of people are terrible. As a new mother, paying a good amount of money for swimming classes, with a very well-behaved baby… I never expected to receive this treatment at a family oriented community centre. Upon leaving, I expressed my concerns to the manager at the front desk. She explained that they are having issues with members behaving badly. She apologized. I am not complaining about the actual staff or facility, but rather I am complaining about the attitude of the members that I encountered. They were the rudest ladies to a few new mothers just trying to change their babies for swim class.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with the gym membership here. The gym is tiny and lacks sufficient weights and other equipment. Early this year, we spoke with a worker about canceling my membership because the swimming pool, which I had enrolled for my toddler to use, was fully booked on all weekends for swimming classes, and also after-work schedules are mostly booked. We both work full time, it means we had no chance to use the pool at all. The worker informed me that canceling immediately would result in a $190 cancellation fee. Instead, he suggested freezing my membership and paying a $12 fee per month until the one-year mark, at which point I could cancel without any fees. He assured me this was the more cost-effective option. Just keep sending him an email each month to request a freeze for the following month. Based on this agreement, my last month should have been June 2024. I received an email stating that after June, my membership would automatically reactivate, and canceling after that would incur a cancellation fee. I instructed that my membership be frozen for June. Despite this, I still have been charged $189.84 because they need to see above in writing. They informed me that they can't refund the $189.84 and will use it as a cancellation fee. I've spent almost $1,000 on this membership and have barely used it. It's a waste of money. If parents want their kids to learn swimming, I recommend enrolling in swimming classes with Water Babies instead of spending about $190 a month on a gym membership where pool access is limited.

Fantastic experience: Daniel Melnyk was by far the best membership associate I have ever encountered. In regards to my larger size, I was very discouraged in the past to apply to gyms due to my insecurity. Daniel on the other hand, convinced me to apply myself in the gym to better my health. My days playing Valorant are now to a hault to better my health. I now am excited to attend the gym thanks to Daniel!

Negative experience: I typically use the swimming pool, on March 8th, I had registered through the app for swimming pool. To my disappointment, the large pool was unexpectedly closed, and there was no prior notice on the app for registered users. Additionally, the bathing dryer has been out of order for over a month, with a notice claiming that a replacement part has been ordered and will take another month to arrive. In the women's change room, there is only one broken dryer. Furthermore, the quality of the provided shampoo is extremely low, perhaps one of the cheapest products available. Members are bring their own shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, too mush to carry or pay to rent a locker for stuff additional cost. Additionally, towels come at an extra cost, making this gym one of the most expensive I've attended, as a coach, with noticeably lower quality services.

Negative experience: Trying to register online to certain pograms, is an impossible task. Not because there is not enough spaces in the pogram, it's because the registration throught their web page does not work. Not worth spending half a day to register.

Negative experience: Avoid! Not worth the money for a family! It is a great place for retired people. But if you wanna use this place as a family, forget it! They charge 170$ a month and rent out the facilities on weekends to make even more money. For instance, on Saturday and Sundays, you only get to use the swimming pool 1-2 hour day. Rest of the entire weekend, they are renting it out to water babies, swimming instructors, etc ..

Negative experience: The urinals in men locker room smell so bad, it is impossible to inhale next to them. I am surprised that i have to ask in a public forum, but please look into this ISSUE, it is literally breathtaking experience using them. I am there 3 times a week in the morning and the horrendous smell is always there.

Fantastic experience: Prosserman center is very nice, warming place to come. You can find the right class with professional instructors you want to go. Leisure swimming in warm water is always relaxin after ling working day and also sauna and steam room are great for heat lovers. I made many new friends and always go to the gym with a good mood. Very friendly staff, answers all the questions and provides all info.

Negative experience: This place disappointed me, as I can't use a pool, some classes and yoga. The outside pool is closed, and its imposible to get to indoors as they shorten the hours of use and not watching who signed in or not. So much stuff at the pool doing absolutely nothing, why its so hard to ask them to monitor? It looks like I'm the only one who uses registration, as when I sign in and come to use a pool, it's always overcrowded with people who do not bother to sign in. Also, the application they provide, do not work properly - it does not show all classes! It turn out that I missed many just because they do not show on my schedule. I complained a few times, but absolutely nothing was done. Also, they let go of the best yoga teacher. I'm not sure what happened, but its not nice, as no one was hired to replace this terrible loss. I will change my review if i see any improvement. Thank you.

Negative experience: Please be aware: there is a cancellation fee for your membership if you cancel it within 12 months. For me it is about 135. They didn’t mention it before signing the agreement. I asked them to outline the areas in the contract on what basis they are forcing me to pay, but they ignoring my request and instead giving a vague answers. They are trying to trick me. I regret joining them!

Also, she said: "after signing up, you can cancel after 10 days"! hahaha, then they can continue charging you if you don't like the service. what a scam!

Negative experience: Went to this gym after signing up for the 10 day free trial on the website. Was told the free trial is actually only for those who sign up for (AND PAY FOR) a membership. So not a free trial at all. I questioned this and they admitted it’s false advertising. Poor experience.

Negative experience: Membership is expensive for what they offer. The main reason I got a membership was to be able to swim indoors. I ended up cancelling my membership as soon as they got rid of the morning (not early morning, 6 am to 9 am) but their 9 am to 11 am and their afternoon lane swim and replaced it only with classes starting at 4 pm to 7:30 pm and then reduced lane swim after that. Was told this is going to be the new schedule until December 20th at least and that there is nothing they can do to accommodate members regarding pool swim.
