Negative experience: Beaucoup trop de gens dans les piscines. Surtout la piscine pataugeoire qui est dédier aux enfants de 6 ans et moins. La petite piscines ou les bébés et jeunes enfants devraient pouvoir s’amuser en sécurité était remplis d’enfants pré ado qui sautaient partout et arrosait les bébés. Les lifeguards, très au courant n’avaient clairement pas le goût de faire la gestion jusqu’à ce que j’aille moi même me plaindre… La grande piscine est glacer donc évidement pas facile d’y aller avec les plus jeune non plus. Les camps de jour devraient aussi avoir une heure à eux spécifiquement et ne devraient pas être jumeler aux familles parce que clairement il manque de gestion parentale et sa met la sécurité des enfants en jeux. Un lifeguard chef d’expérience devrait être jumeler a l’équipe de Life guard ado pour s’assurer que les règlements soit suivit pour la sécurité de tous!

Negative experience: No good service & realy poor on customer service ..devrai avoir un cour a la service a clientelle surtout le coter de la picine et jamais je vais retourner a cette place

Fantastic experience: Awesome pool. Staff was great and the kids had a blast. Water is a bit cooler then other rec centers I've been to but you get use to it. Big blue slide, fun for both adults and children, swing rope and 2 hot tubs. One for kids and one for adults. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We have enjoyed the pool and during the summer you have access to food and camping. A great place to unwind with the family and also have a great rink to skate or play hockey.

Fantastic experience: Love bringing my kids here. They really enjoy themselves. They have something for everyone. Baby pool that's nice and warm. 4ft part pool for my 5year old. And a deeper end slides for each park and a hot tub but kids under 15 are not allowed in. It great.

Negative experience: Front desk reception was rude and unhelpful, the pool schedule was completely out of date and didn't reflect the actual pool schedule, no one seemed to care, waste of a trip and would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Update: recently visited sept 9/23 the young female lifeguard was rude, when paying to enter its per swimming block, the fees do not cover you for the day so we had to pay twice to swim from 2 to 3 and then again 330 to 430. The pool area was dirty the small yellow slide has dirt build up going up the stairs, there was dirty band aids and other dirt all over the pool deck. There is a dry sauna which is nice but the wood is uneven in some spots and could be a tripping hazard for people with mobility issues. Loved it here. The shower and change area is extremely outdated and dingy and I feel like it could be improved but the pool area was nice, staff were nice and it was a great place to visit! The hot tub was hot! The pool wasn't too cold and the kiddy pool was great for the little ones. I'll definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: As always, it's a great facility to frequent when visiting Eel River Crossing every year from Toronto. and, new look is Great! New machines and cleanliness is always top notch!

Positive experience: Belle place, beaucoup de plaisir. Par contre mon fils à du oter ses lunettes d'eau parce qu'il y avait un nez d'intégré. J'ai demandé de m'expliquer cette règlementation et on en a pas été capable ... (a part me répété que c'était le règlement). Je ne vois toujours pas en quoi ça peut déranger...

Negative experience: I have been a gym member all my life in small and large establishments , my concern is it's way way too expensive and probably behind the times I am from Ontario and England before that I would pay max of 700 dollars for the best which includes core work classes on the ball classes , t r x classes circuit training. Although not qualified a circuit class is a great addition twice a day 10 stations one min on each one in pairs twice or 3 times as class improves too expensive for me also body pump a winner class too booking in system required
