Fantastic experience: I haven't found anything about this area that I do not like, besides when they changed the smoking section. The seating is comfortable and the bathrooms are plentiful and clean. What a great place to watch a Hockey game!

Positive experience: Was a nice hotel was out of the way of everything. Did have an aquatic center like attached to it. The only thing that sucked with there is you couldn't take pictures inside so I couldn't take any pictures in there with my of my grandson and then they they do. Have a really cool big slide though. The center was really nice.

Fantastic experience: Were given day passes for staying at the Microtel next door. Pool and gym were great. Also has 2 squash courts, 2 ice rinks and indoor soccer. Extremely well maintained and the staff are super friendly & accomodating. Wish we had something like this in our community.

Fantastic experience: Besides the scoreboard which is very outdated, it's a very nice rink. View is good anywhere and the seating is very comfortable. Somewhere between this and Avenir Centre would be perfect for Charlottetown.

Positive experience: Styx concert was amazing! Had seats on the floor, again amazing! No bathroom on that level...what??! If you are disabled, you are buggered..have to use stairs to get to bathroom, entrance to get to elevator locked off during event. Not good...

Positive experience: First time visiting this establishment. Our party of 5 was impressed with the clean, modern facilities. We decided to have a meal at "West End", even after a group of young men told us there was "no lettuce or bacon for burgers and salads!" They elected to leave without eating and we decided to stay as the menu looked extensive enough. We were seated promptly beside the windows viewing the horse racing track and we were entertained by the beautiful animals doing laps in practice. The mature female staff were friendly, engaging and very helpful (even fun). We ordered a beer and wine and placed our food order as the restaurant was scheduled to close for the night in about 45 minutes. Our food consisted of fish and chips, nachos, wings and Thai Chicken with Caesar salad. I ordered a "Hot hamburger sandwich with mashed potatoes and coleslaw". All of the food was presented well and the recipients were happy; but my meal was ice cold! Fortunately I don't mind cold food and I hate returning food to the kitchen and wait while everyone else eats (or waits, which makes theirs cold too!) I ate the sandwich and cold gravy but couldn't get through the cold potatoes. At the end of the meal the server asked how our meals were and my wife spoke up to say that mine was cold! Our server promptly collected my bill and removed the charge for my meal! No fuss at all and she playfully 'lectured' me on accepting a cold meal! All things considered, this was an enjoyable experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Negative experience: I got robbed by some guy that had a ankle bracelet, I confronted him and took partial stuff back, and he took off because there is no security, i email them about the lack of security, and my email was completely ignored and unacknowledged.

Fantastic experience: This place saved my life. From December 2022 to February 2023 I was miserable and living far away from home in a recovery house close to the CUP. Spending four hours per day swimming, cycling, walking and lifting weights helped keep me away from drugs and alcohol. Therapy or going to AA never helped, but this place did. Even though I'm back at home now, I'll come back here again every now and then for a vacation.

Fantastic experience: The Credit Union Place is an amazing place to go in Summerside. There's tons of parking and things to do. There's a huge swimming pool and bowling alley. They also have two hockey rinks. Ones an arena one is a ice pad. There are also two restaurants at the Credit Union Place. There's Red Shores and five eleven west. I recommend going to the Credit Union Place if you're looking for something to do.

Fantastic experience: The best multi use facility on Prince Edward Island. Our kids love playing hockey here. The pool and bowling lanes are always popular with our kids. I appreciate the indoor walking track.

Negative experience: Not a bad place but I would avoid the pool area around 8am monday-friday if you plan to relax and reset or even have a peaceful morning. There is very loud music playing which you can't even drown out with noise canceling headphones from inside the sauna or steam room, and a woman who's always screaming over said music, teaching a class. I wouldn't have purchased a membership had I known, as the mornings are the best time for me.

Negative experience: Me and my dad went to the bowling alley and the doors where shut but we thought they where just trying to keep heat in so we walk in and apparently it was closed to the public. I did not see a sign up saying that it would be closed to the public or anything. This is stupid that you didn't even put up a sign saying that the alley would be closed to the public.

Fantastic experience: A great and fun place to watch a hockey game. The rink is beautiful and the staff from the ticket sellers through the PA announcer are first rate. The Summerside Western Capitals who call the arena home, are a class Maritime A hockey organization. The rest of Credit Union Place from the gym to the swimming pool area are top notch as well. Summerside and PEI residents are most fortunate to have such a great facility available to them...

Positive experience: Nice venue. All seats are good seats. However we went for a comedy show recently and staff were standing behind us talking constantly making it hard for us to hear the show. That part was disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Spent a whole rainy pei day here. Pool was at capacity when we arrived but only a short wait time to get in. Family did the pool, bowling and had a nice dinner at the restaurant. Good facility, nice and clean.

Fantastic experience: Great venue with everything new inside. It’s hard to find a fault here other than the parking lot. If you’re leaving a large event, the main parking lot will and does, bottleneck quickly. Take a space close to the road with a clear path to leave.

Negative experience: Have not been in years. Not sure if Barb is still working as a life guard there or not but was always rude to me and unprofessional. I developed a chlorine allergy so this space is not somewhere I can be very long before breaking out in hives. Makes public events like job fairs hosted here hard to impossible for me to attend. Chlorine is also a fairly common allergy.

Fantastic experience: First time to be hete, the staff is really nice, especially the front desk Kirsy who is super nice & helpful, yesterday the shower was super hot and the got maintenance staff to look into it & get it resolved quickly, it was fast, friendly & effective customer servce, thank you Kirsty & the others, it was really fantistoc exprience! Great job & keep up great job! :)

Fantastic experience: Great place! I sometimes go for a walk at the walking track. I have a membership at the cup for a month which gives you access to the weight room and the pool. If your over 55 it only costs a little over 40 dollars a month. Awesome facilty!

Positive experience: It is also a nice place for indoor walking or jogging at winter. The running track has about 250m long for Jogging. Two inner walking tracks are shorter but still good for walking.

Negative experience: A man from this business named Blaine Gallant who is a skate sharpener was in a store with my son which he had put hands on contacted this place with my complaint with no response! My question is would you send your kids here with a creepy old person trying to touch kids?

Positive experience: Sound and lights were great. Had a little difficulty hearing speaking clearly. But all in all, a very nice venue.

Positive experience: My first time to summerside. The staff were really nice. I've only been to the gym and the pool. I came here to check it out. They have a gym with reasonable size, I imagine not too many people crowd the place so the size is very good. It has most things that any gym would have, machines, dumbells, etc. What was weird is the lack of a water fountain, but there is a bottle refill. Good gym overall. The pool was pretty big. Just like a usual YMCA, they have a shallow small pool where children can play, a main big pool with a deep side, and a small hot tub. There's also a waterslide and a sauna. The locker rooms are decently big, but I couldn't find changing rooms, also there was no soap by the showers. I heard that there is also skating, bowling and other cool stuff I didn't get to check out
