TCAP Family Aquatic and Fitness Center

Fantastic experience: Great facility for fitness/wellness!! Many fitness/aqua classes included in membership plan!! Lots of gym equipment, updated regularly!! Just purchased new spin bikes for casual use and for a class on Monday evenings! They have a hot tub and sauna in the pool area.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym which includes a 25 meter pool, weight room, squash court, weight room and cardio studio. It has absolutely everything anyone could need. The new management is awesome and Nadya and the other employees are great at remembering the names/faces of all the regular customers, which makes signing in at the reception desk a quick and smooth process. 5 stars!

Positive experience: It has a pool and fitness center, nothing too special. The pool area also has a hot tub (though it doesn't work too often) and a sauna. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a water slide, but that is expected as the centre isn't too popular.

Negative experience: These guys are rip off. Membership costs $46 a week and $86 a month.

Fantastic experience: Great updated facility that provides excellent fitness opportunities and community programming. Pool, hot tub, squash court, spin class, weight room, can't go wrong.

Positive experience: Great facility. Clean and well maintained. If you'd been in the pool before 2016 you'll know it wasn't great...it's like new now! Fitness facility has been updated with some new equipment.

Positive experience: Came to this location by accident and the staff was kind enough to give me a free trial day. The cardio room is a little lack lustre and congested, but the weight room is great! Loved the area for stretching as well. Its super well equipped. Downsides would be: Sweltering hot change rooms. Theyre damp and super warm. Placement of water sources, you really need to leave the workout area to top up. The weightroom equipment is really set up for men. At 5'7 I couldn't reach some baes for pull down. No need to have them set up like that IMO. All that being said, its a great gym with excellent equipment and space.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful facility with everything you need for your workouts and exercise needs. Super clean and well-maintained under the new management. Equipment is top-notch and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Egos are checked at the door so all fitness levels will feel welcome and comfortable at TCAP.

Negative experience: Called for details about squash courts, they never mentioned we needed squash shoes. We showed up and had to leave right away. Understandable but it would have been great to know before we drove all this way. :(

Negative experience: Kids enjoyed pool. Change rooms were dirty and hot tub was not working and found cost high.
