Fantastic experience: Excellent place and very friendly staff Great equipment selection, I recommend to everyone to join YMCA Burlington it is a great place to be especially for people with a family

Fantastic experience: The building feels a bit dated and the change rooms are small so it can be tricky to easily navigate with a wheelchair. Not a big deal because the building is always kept very clean, they’ve got a great gym and all of the staff I’ve ever interacted with have been awesome.

Positive experience: Requesting a decline bench by itself for abs and crunches since there is only 1 for decline bench press

Fantastic experience: Been going here for a couple months now and it's been a really great experience! The staff is super friendly and supportive and everyone says good morning to you. They've been able to answer any questions I've had and every interaction has been great so far. The other members are also friendly which has made for a really positive environment to be around which keeps me motivated and in the gym regularly. Everything is super clean and there are a tonne of lockers for your stuff. As of when I'm posting this a lot of the machines are super new with fancy touch screens where you can login and track your progress over time but they're also really simple to use.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. With lots of equipment. Clean changerooms and washrooms and above all friendly staff.

Positive experience: No shower dividers, doors or curtains, right in the open. Serious privacy issue. There is one that is private for the disabled but the rest should be as well. I love the YMCA, but it's almost 2024, at least put dividers with a curtain.

Fantastic experience: The instractors for swiming lessons are fantastic. My daughter was not able to swimm at all. After only one session she has started swimming. I am very happy for my daughter with these staffs here Thank you all

Fantastic experience: As a long time swimmer and gym goer. Very happy with this facility. The pool is great and clean. The lifeguards are incredibly friendly and watchful. The pool is organized and very clean. The housekeeping and staff at the front are very nice. Overall 5/5

Positive experience: The staff at this YMCA really make this a great place to visit often. Facilities are clean and sanitary supplies are widely available. The only caveat I have is that I wish this location had more group fitness classes this Y is also a bit smaller than other locations.

Fantastic experience: I would like to recognize an employee at the ymca. Her name is Marlene and she is always working hard and the first employee to smile and say hello. Thanks Marlene for making my visits to the ymca nice!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, amazing staff I have been a member for almost twenty years my kids were "y rats" now they are young adults still loving the "Y". I thought I could live without Ron Edwards YMCA after the pandemic I was wrong I can't stay away. Very clean facilities wonderful staff.

Negative experience: There is a lady at the front desk, can't remember her name who is so RUDE its unbelievable!The older one is really nice, the younger is the rude one! Yesterday she demanded i pay full fees before enrolling my son for swimming ,while the website staes all payments will resume on 13th September.

Negative experience: i think it is better to belong to a real gym that is a business rather than non profit.. it is the things you dont see upfront.. for instance if you were injured in the ymca.. they have inferior insurance... leave you with nothing for a serious injury.. go to a real gym and be safe.

Negative experience: The pool is rarely clean, the lifeguard fights with everyone and closes the sauna 10 min. Before time and there is no reliable way to share your concerns. Overall bad experience. Better clubs can be found for the same money with better price for your dollar...

Fantastic experience: Great place and great staff and the best instructors !

Positive experience: Nice people working at the Front Desk. Gym is clean and never over crowded. The Pool is spacious and a nice temperature. Great place overall. They have adult only change rooms which is nice if you prefer to have a peaceful and clean environment to change and shower in.

Negative experience: Went herea few years ago the public change room thing has a door that has blurred glass so you cant see through it but I opened it and obivously didnt see that there was a worker there and she lost it on me when I almost hit her. Shame that they blame the kids when she was the one walking at a snail pace and that they installed the blurry thing, why not just have a wall?

Fantastic experience: Cheap monthly rate.

Positive experience: Really nice people working at the desk. Great programs for small kids (I remember this when my son was little. Shout out to the wonderful John!). Was hugely underwhelmed by the yoga classes. Little to no mention of mind-breath-body connection, little to no flow between asanas, strenuous postures which were pulled off by the instructor and were generally impossible for the largely over-60 students, and no adjustments whatsoever. Also, no use of the actual asana names, as if to assert that there would be no spiritual monkey business involved in this class. Very disappointing.

Positive experience: A clean kept building with helpful staff. A gym, racketball courts, a basket ball court, A youth hangout zone, a recording studio, a pool, a bistro. These are some of the things you can find in the YMCA here. Plenty of programs for kids teens and adults running year round, including a daycare.

Negative experience: I come here everyday and I face rude and disgusting behaviour from the staff daily they are obnoxious, rude and unworthy of the employment they have , all in all the ymca is not a place I recommend

Fantastic experience: The staff are (generally) friendly and the facility is clean with a good sense of community. The equipment is well maintained and many classes are offered with membership. It's a great place to try new things or just to get yourself in shape without worrying about judgement or competition.

Negative experience: women at the front counter are rude! I was at the gym yesterday and came out sweating and wanted to have a shower. I forgot a towel , i went out and asked if i could possibly borrow a towel as i forgot one .. they told me it was $1, I told the girl that i did not bring my wallet with me and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

Negative experience: Bad customer service!!!
