Negative experience: you would think a business owner, relying on the community for their livelihood would be a bit more hospitable. yikes.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I've been to. Lots of things that aren't at typical gyms. (Sleds, rocks, chains ect) Very comfortable. Has ac but can get a bit hot mid day in the summer but that happens. The owner is very very nice, after our first meeting he knew me by name and said hello every time I saw him after - at the gym or in town. Very good pricing too.

Negative experience: Looked like a nice gym for lifting but couldn’t get in at 1:45 on a Tuesday. Front doors were locked and around back as well.

Fantastic experience: The only gym in Yarmouth that I know of that has bumper plates suitable for Olympic lifting and Crossfit. Air conditioned. Very reasonably priced. Lots of squat racks.
