Fantastic experience: I have trained off and on at personal best first and after this defining bodies from the early 90s til now never had any issues. Good place to train!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. I lost about 70lbs in high school many years ago here. Rob was super helpful during my time at the gym. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Down in Yarmouth for business a few days at the time in a year. Robert(owner)is there for his customer, even if not year long membership!! Clean and well maintained installation! Would recommend to local and visitors :)
