Fantastic experience: Excellent personal fitness studio with great management and knowledgeable personal trainers. A variety of programs tailored to the individual fitness goals. So much better compared to other studios and mega clubs. I highly recommend Flo and his team!

Fantastic experience: Joined a month ago, and really pleased. Facility and equipment is very clean and sanitized regularly, which is reassuring in these COVID times. Physical distancing is easy also. Not crowded or over busy!! Flo is very professional and knowledgeable, and cares about his client's needs and goals. Trainers are awesome and knowledgeable and customize programs to your needs and abilities. Seeing results also, which is encouraging!

Fantastic experience: Fit and Healthy Centre is very professional!!! I am so glad that i am being here with their professional team! And I lost 10 lbs so far by doing workout with them. i had personal training for strength with Flo for 5 months, I can tell that he is really professional and he cares about his clients. It's not only a simply training class, he always tries to understand what you want to be to customize the class. I really enjoyed working with him. Now i am taking Group class for endurance three times a week with other two great trainers - Chester and Austen, i love the class they customized to us and it's fun to work together with other ladies. I highly recommend Fit and Healthy Centre!

Fantastic experience: Such a great place to work in out. The gym is excellent but Florin working there as a trainer is a real asset to the team. He is a wealth of knowledge and a great dj, spinning the tracks at the gym.

Fantastic experience: I did not want to train in a typical mega gym. At 55 I was looking for personal guidance to help set and achieve goals related to fitness and diet. On a recommendation I gave F&H a try. 5 years later I still train 3 days a week and I my quality of life has improved as a direct result. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is non confrontational and comfortable regardless of your level of fitness.
