Fantastic experience: My experience at limitless was an incredible ., I trained with Paul. Paul helped me regain mobility after shoulder surgery. He really taught me the core concepts of stability, strength, posture, and mindfulness during our workouts. He was incredibly patient, professional with me. All the trainers at limitless are top notch. Great music too!

He has a wealth of knowledge regarding health and fitness which he readily shares with his clients. From virtual workouts to in person one-on-one training, he develops and trains athletes using proper techniques and form needed at crucial ages in development. I can attribute my son's success and growth as an athlete to Paul's hard work and dedication to getting him to the next level.

Definitely always motivated when seeing other gym members work so hard to achieve their goals. Gym is always kept neat and clean. There are a lot of high quality gym equipment to play with as well. Fantastic experience: So I'll be honest here, Paul's a real good friend of mine and I don't want to sound bias but, if your intention is to lose fat off your body, gain better mobility, gain more muscle mass, prepare for physically enduring sports, look and feel great then visit this place. I'm not lying, he has pictures of me after having him as my personal trainer for 3 months and the result is clear as day. He helped me trim off fat, gain better shoulder mobility because it really needed improvement (it was bad), and gained a good amount of muscle mass. He helped me achieve the goals I wanted and I know he'll help achieve yours. It never hurts to try and if you're skepitcal just talk to anyone who's gone here or the man himself, he'll show you.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out with a great environment and wonderful staff and equipment. Whether an athlete or just trying to get in shape Paul and the rest of the staff have a great fitness program for any person at any level. Would recommend for anyone trying to workout/lose weight or rehab any injury they had, definetly one of the best gyms in the area.
