Fantastic experience: NOS BJJ is an awesome martial arts training center for the whole family. Classes for nearly all ages of kids (5ish +) as well as adult classes. Mario is the friendly face that owns and runs NOS. Great guy, funny, really enjoys the kids and making them laugh while they learn to enjoy a choke! With a gym in Vernon and Grinrod, there are classes every day of the week. Highly recommended for building confidence, good character and respect in your young kids.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. I dropped in while on vacation in Vernon. Professor Mario is a superb instructor and the members are a solid group of BJJ practitioners.

Fantastic experience: My Son has been attending for approx 9 months now. This class and the people that teach and attend are what He looks forward to 4 or 5 times per week. As a Mother I am very happy that He has found what I think is the best MMA class in Vernon (my opinion). When I talked with my Son today about the temporary closing due to the virus He said He was sad (but not sad about the closing of His school lol). The Owner well I don't think I can put into words how much my Son values Him nor can I. I will maintain my monthly membership (and from my understanding it will be extended once the classed can be resumed). This is a small business that would be helped by Our support by continuing ones membership. This Owner has supported Our Children and thus the Community for many years. I believe it is time to support Him if possible. Very much looking towards the time that my Son can resume His lessons. Thank You NOS BJJ & MMA for teaching and supporting my Son (Michael).
