Iron Heart Studio

Fantastic experience: Stellar workouts here at Iron Heart! 5 stars! Whether spinning or strength training, their sessions are most beneficial and their coaches give quality instruction. My favourite class is Strength HIIT 45! We lift weights and finish off with an aerobic “sprint” of exercises. Bonus that this class is available online so I can do it from my gym at work!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the studio makes you feel so welcome. From the instructors to the other gym goers, this studio is a beautiful place to work out in!

Fantastic experience: In town for a visit and looking for a place to get some movement medicine in. Called these lovely folks and they had some available last minute bikes for my partner and I. Everyone was super welcoming and the instructor had a wonderful energy to guide us through the class. Thank you so much for the awesome experience Fam <3
