Positive experience: I have a shoulder injury do to a motorcycle accident, Rehab plus and there experienced staff have been great at helping me through this recovery period.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Very supportive staff, friendly and helpful. Taking really good precautions with Covid. Equipment is all in great shape, the gym is very open spaces and modern and clean. Large locker area, showers and steam room, private changing rooms. Physio is available, drink mixes and supplied such as bags and bottles. I feel very comfortable here, especially compared to larger chain gyms.

Positive experience: Nice gym with polite staff, needs to extend hours and reduce fees because every other gym in the town is less costly and has more hours available
