Fantastic experience: Dedicated knowledgeable staff members, clean and organized gym equipment, positive and welcoming environment to reach your fitness goals. Plenty of group classes to join along with great music and instructors! Clean change rooms, tanning bed, and steam room. Absolutely LOVE this place!! I’ve trained in several facilities and Discover Fitness / Discover Performance is by far my favourite.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this gym on and off for years. Friendly staff, clean environment, fair prices, and good classes. It is extremely rare to see someone make videos for social media and all around a great atmosphere. Staff and members are very neutral, helpful, and supportive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best and most personal gym in the area. Very good people from the owners to their small staff. No one will probably know everything they have helped me with. They are leading the area in adapting to the changing situation. I know they will be able to keep up going forward with their dual online and in person model they are pivoting to, that some bigger gyms didn't even take advantage of.

Fantastic experience: Why did I fall in love with Discover Fitness? Easy. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in (unlike walking into some other well known establishments) and every staff member I've met so far has been amazing and helpful. And Kate is simply the most incredible instructor and so inspiring. And watching her mop the floors on a holiday was so reassuring. She is invested in her business. And she remembers my name. I love this place. Look forward to going back every day!! Join up. Make the changes you've been thinking about. It's not too late. This place will change your life. For the better. I'm one solid week in and looking forward to the next 51 more. #repeat
