Positive experience: Started going to this gym about a month now and it’s been a great experience so far! The staff is nice and especially Simran at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable with answering any questions I had! Only issue I have is if they offered overnight lockers for rent. That would make my experience even better due to the extra convenience.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a big shoutout to this gym—the best in the business! The staff at the Timmins GoodLife is amazing, and I always feel the positive energy there. Special thanks to Simran, who is extremely knowledgeable about all the programs and activities at the gym.

Fantastic experience: I've been a proud member since 2011. I've always had a pleasurable experience with the good life staff over the years. I've grown so close with Lisa and Crystal they have become like family to me. The club is always clean and tidy, regardless of how busy the staff are they always take the time to listen. As a long time member the only thing I have a complaint about is tanning clips or 3 month memberships not being available for us anymore. That was something I enjoyed before going on my travels. I don't want to upgrade and lose my current membership price. Other than that all is great!

She was extremely helpful and informative about the gym, aswell as my back injury and what types of things I should be doing. Fantastic experience: The personnel is very courteous and always willing to give a helping hand. Very clean and equipment always maintain to the highest level. Gille , the Trainer is very knowledgable and is there to make sure you get the best workout possible. Very, very excellent Trainer awesome workouts

Fantastic experience: Recently had an excellent experience at Goodlife Timmins, In town for work for a 8 day stretch. Crystal and Lisa were so accommodating and helpful, they set me up with with passes at no charge for my short stay. Kind, friendly service and extremely customer oriented, Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Recently had a great experience here. I was visiting from out of town, and dealt with Jesse at the front desk. She helped me with a three day pass, set me up with a tour of the gym, and was overall just extremely pleasant to deal with. The facilities are very clean, there is a women’s only side, and a men’s only side.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Timmins to workout at, great members and Staff. Alot of good equipment that competes with other goodlifes out of town. Just wish they would get a chest supported Row machine for the gym.

Always has a smile on her face. The gym is also always kept very clean and equipment is always working well. I would highly recommend this gym!

Everyone is respectful and polite. This gym makes you feel at home. Wether you’re a body builder or just starting out, this gym is for you. Go get a good pump!!️

Fantastic experience: First gym experience, and I must say it set high expectations for any other....great staff, friendly, professional, knowledgeable....they have a GREAT trainer who will work you hard, but it benefits you. .. you want his take no prison attitude, it's why you'd hire a trainer right?! He'll push you and teach you, and when your about to quit be a cheerleader....overall it'll be your best decision you made for yourself!!!

Fantastic experience: In the post Covid era, GoodLife has made every effort to try and ensure member safety!!! In summary, sessions are booked online through the app in one hour slots and they request that you wear a mask to go in but you’re allowed to remove it once in... constant and frequent cleaning is done and everyone seems very respectful of the rules! They give you a 15 minute and 5 minute warning as your slot is about to end before they can do the inter-slot cleanup! Within the gym every other cardio machine is blocked off to encourage social distancing. They’ve restricted the capacity as well but overall seems to be functioning like a well oiled machine! Very pleased with my return to gym experience so far!

Positive experience: Bank account issues made me pay a large amount of NSF fees I think almost 120 dollars in one day.

Fantastic experience: What's not to love about Goodlife in Timmins? The staff are all so amazing and fun! Shout-out to Crystal and Nick! You two always start my morning off right! Lisa, the manager is so awesome! She is always looking out for the gym members and staff. She is very kind and caring, and makes a great leader. Having a great team of staff sure makes the gym feel friendly and an enjoyable environment to be in. The gym is clean, has a lot of equipment, both on the co-ed and on the women's side only. It was sad to see the Jump daycare program leave. I wish to see it back one day as many parents like myself found it to be useful.

Fantastic experience: Great facility, great service, I love that this is open 24/7 and thus really good with my schedule. I do wish they have towel services like the other GoodLife else where but overall I still really enjoy going for a good workout

Negative experience: Expensive compared to other gyms in the area (20$/month more then R+), the atmosphere is very uncomfortable, lots of other customers are rude and inconsiderate and the staff seems not very proactive to enforce the rules. Very scarce trainer ratio which makes it impossible to get a spotter or any help when you're learning. Good selection of machines and free weight, no indoor track sadly.

Negative experience: Couldn't get a straight answer on membership pricing over the phone. Nothing but attitude. Staff was determined to have me in for an interview and questionnaire on my fitness goals in order to attempt an up sell with a personal trainer. All I wanted was a monthly membership price with the commitment of a year and all I got was the runaround with a snooty attitude. Took my business elsewhere and bought 2 memberships for my BF and I at a much more friendly and informative gym. Goodlife's manipulative policies on communicating their pricing lost them 2 memberships. Not impressed.
