Fantastic experience: Very fun classes. As a brand new beginner, there is no intimidation in joining the class. I am not huge on classes, but this was one I was always excited to go to!

Fantastic experience: So impressed with this beautiful studio and friendly/helpful staff! Have never felt more welcomed to a new gym before, was given tour and set up properly on the bike right away. It was a fantastic work out, lucky to have this in Thunder Bay! Don't hesitate, try this out!
