Positive experience: Great gym. Giving four stars because I find it is a bit overcrowded with redundant equipment.

Fantastic experience: Hours posted are staffed hours. Keytag access is 2:30am - 10pm Monday - Friday and 2:30am - 8pm Saturday & Sunday. Nice owners, great staff, & zero tolerance for disrepectful members. Ie. It's a great atmosphere to do your workout.

Fantastic experience: Came here for a month while in between jobs, and was getting back into lifting after working out at home for quite a long time. This is definitely the best gym in the area, no competition. Everything you need and more in terms of equipment and there are a lot of serious lifters in this gym of all different ages. If I'm ever back in Terrace they will definitely get my business again.

Fantastic experience: The place to go to lift weights or do cardio. Great free weights and machines. Serious lifters will be happy here.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town hands down!! If you train here you train with champions. There has been multiple bodybuilding and powerlifting competitors come out of this gym and there's a reason for that. The owners live the lifestyle and it's so motivating being in this gym. I did 2 bodybuilding shows myself with the coaching I received from the owners Ash and Charis. Do yourself a favor and go here for whatever your goal is
