Positive experience: needs an update with equipment! otherwise we shouldnt be paying the same price as the other good lifes.. might as well be a fit for less $100 a month for a gym that doesnt offer nearly as much as the other good lifes for a growing city strath deserves better. please update your equipment

Positive experience: your basic gym, 2 squat racks, 2 weightlifting platforms the showers are open only a limited time (7am-7:45pm), can’t get in with a phone app: you need the key-tag!! no personnel after 8pm

Positive experience: No stretching area, but other than that. Good selection of machines, decent layout. One of the more Smaller GoodLife gyms that I have been too. But overall pretty good. Staff are very friendly

Positive experience: There needs to be a way to contact employees when they aren't working the desk(which is often). Its way too hot inside this summer when working out and it appears they're too cheap to turn up the AC so they put up a couple fans instead !!

Negative experience: No one attending desk for most of the day so showers not open. If your swipe tag doesn't work, which happens too often, you can't get in.

Fantastic experience: Personally I only go early in the morning 5am-7am or 11pm-1am due to LIFE, it's usually quiet and not too loaded with people. But great equipment and atmosphere

Negative experience: No pool! No sauna, which they could have easily put a sauna in by now. But they have some monster $$$ gate from a vault that if you forget something in your car... go home. Not getting back in for 30 min. More money spent on security, its an empty gym almost 80% no need for this security level, just puts out customers. Gym has had no upgrades in years or ever. Only the huge security gate. Walk you will far better off in this area. You are Paying London prices for this Gym.

Positive experience: Newer equipment, good sized televisions and now has 24 hour access. Average variety of weight machines. Entirely co-ed. They have virtual classes which is a cool idea

Negative experience: $750 for not being able to access a 24h gym because of a broken key cards. Good system goodlife 10\10.
