Negative experience: The little boy at counter could not answer any of my questions about direct billing my benefits and when I asked if some was there that could answer there was nobody I walked away they should train there staff better

Fantastic experience: Amazing instructors!!! Great variety of classes. The price cannot be beat for what you get. In Calgary, the price at a gym with in person classes is much more expensive. We are very fortunate in Strathmore to have a gym where you get a personal experience at a low cost and feel great!
