Negative experience: This place doesn’t seem to really be in business and seems to claim to be shutdown for a year for a key fob update? Why is this place still on google maps as a legitimate business? After you response are you suggesting you are in fact open for business? I really don't understand.
Well Duane, we are too legit to quit.....so are trying our buns off to recover after a long pandemic and a loss of square footage.....plus some family stuff like welcoming our second child! We are still trucking along though, and hope we can get our services back up to par & our social media updated soon! Sorry to inconvenience you!
Negative experience: After many calls, texts and emails, I was unable to redeem my gift certificate. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Great place if you want a quiet place to work out. Full range of equipment to get the job done. Some of the gear is dated, but it's there!!

HI Darnell! We hope you found somewhere to put some boxing gloves on while you were waiting so long for us to reply! Sorry, we don't currently have any type of boxing on the schedule. We will soon be starting some youth fitness development training sessions where you will have several coaches to help you reach your goals. Watch for those on our Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/targetfitnessstrathmore. There is an MMA training facility in town called Apex, they would have more boxing opportunities I am sure! Hope you find a fitness home! Strathmore has tons of great opportunities!

Negative experience: Not working at all. Went to enquire about it, but the door was wide open and none was inside
That's strange. We mighta been out back or for a run! We do not have open hours, and book tours by appointment only in case you decide to come back some day. Sorry we missed you!

Positive experience: Friendly staff. Good range of equipment and plenty of space for different kinds of activities. Oly lifting, power lifting, body weight, cardio, machine weights--it's got the works.
Fantastic experience: Great gym with the tools you need to train. Inside turf section and Olympic platforms with racks
Fantastic experience: Target is the best gym this side of calgary bar none. Old school style that gives you motivation and results. I'm always tearing it up and you will be to.
