Fantastic experience: Dropped in during vacation this week. Great setup and even better coaches and community!!! Definitely be back and recommend for anyone looking for a place to workout and talk with like minded individuals.

Fantastic experience: Came back to update my previous review because the new owners are great! They made me feel welcome and they also offered a 14 day trial which gives you a chance to get a feel of the place. Great Crossfit gym.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by someone in our crossfit community in Fort McMurray to come to this place. Great coaches (Vanessa Day was amazing and so supportive) and the atmosphere/ environment was soo welcoming. I will definitely will be returning when visiting Newfoundland. You guys have an awesome gym !

Fantastic experience: As a fellow gym owner and someone who has done CrossFit for 9 years, I can confidently say this was one of the best drop-in experiences I have had! The coaching is top notch and there is a large emphasis on quality movement and community building. A must-visit if you are from out of town or a must-join if you live in the area!

Fantastic experience: I went to this gym for a week while I was in St.John's for a trip. It was one of the highlights of my vacation! The staff were extremely knowledgeable, there was great equipment, and I even learned a few new things!
