Fantastic experience: Heidi is well informed and current, she has a room full of fitness 'toys' that make a workout fun, she's personable and attentive - I highly recommend Garibaldi Fitness/Heidi Stokes for anyone who wants to 'train up' for an event, or get back in shape, or start fitness for the very first time. She's also good with 'baby boomers' - has an understanding of how the older body responds. Give her a call! It could change your life.
