Fantastic experience: Robert is a great guy, family oriented Gym, open 24 Hrs.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending this gym for roughly 4 months now. 5 days a week. there has never been a single time of day where anything was missing, any issues with cleanliness machines being broken This is a fantastic establishment . Its one owner one worker!! Even with 1 person running this show, you go to a mass franchise gym with a ton of staff, and its always messy always cramped always stinks! always missing sanitizer and paper towels ect. This could not be any more of a opposite. You get what you pay for and this is a excellent example!

Fantastic experience: Large facility with many machines, friendly staff and members with a diverse membership. The owner has always been welcoming and helpful. There could be more paper towel left our for member use as the gym is visibly busier since new year.

Fantastic experience: Been to this gym for a while now, I've found best results here compared to the other gyms in town, if you're looking to get some serious gains this gym has the hard-core vibe with the steel plates and dumbells, really gives a good feel and vibe when in there, the owner is very helpful, always responsive with any concerns or questions, and he wants the best for everyone, I highly recommend this gym to anyone who takes their training serious.

Negative experience: Scheduled a tour at 630pm and requested an earlier meet up which owner agreed to. When I arrived I waited for the owner to assist with a couple, owner then vanished without greeting me to speak with an existing member. I waited 5-10 minutes before leaving. I understand it’s hard to accommodate everyone since it’s a local business and seemingly one man job, however, I was not physically welcomed with (standard) quality service. Negative experience could’ve been racially influenced. Other than discriminative treatment, I would rate the gym environment, equipment and set up 5/10. Good luck ✌

Fantastic experience: Super helpful and very accommodating. I am from out of town and needed a gym to visit while I was in the area. The owner came to let me in and showed me around and it made my day. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: The owner is knowledgeable, honest and friendly. There is every type of training equipment for all ...regardless of age. They also have a change/bathroom area with shower. Fairly priced and accessible 24 hours a day...seven days a week...365 days a year. Free customer parking beside the building. Great place to work out!

The community here is welcoming and helpful, equipment has a lot of variety and allows you to shape your workout, and it's 24 hours year round. I would absolutely recommend it

Fantastic experience: Awesome place. So relaxed, Robert is so helpful and it is 24hrs which works well with a busy schedule. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Felt comfortable there since I walked in the door. Always someone around that is willing to help you with the machines if needed or just to chat. All members are very friendly!

Fantastic experience: I used this gym over two months while I was living in Shelburne in 2017, and found it to be great value and very convenient with 24h thumbprint access. Great range of cardio and strength equipment. I particularly liked the flexibility for membership options - $55/month for unlimited access or $35/month for 3 days/week. No classes or onsite staff, but if you're the kind of person who has a set cardio and weights routine then this is the best value gym in Shelburne for you.

Fantastic experience: If you're focused more on weight training, this is the best place to go in shelburne. Open 24/7 so you can go as late as you want or as early as you want. Going around 10pm was always quiet which worked great for me! Also has a good selection of cardio equipment for those that need it.

Fantastic experience: Family Fitness is a gym that provides their clients with insightful and supportive training. The equipment is clean and always kept in perfect running condition. The facility itself is spotless and includes every piece of machinery necessary to an athletes training. Robert and his wife Lindsay are gracious and supportive hosts who really care about their clients. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

He gave me the diet plan and workout schedule of my choice and I have been pretty happy with the results as far as my strength and stamina is concerned. I would highly recommend this Gym

Wide variety of equipment with virtually no wait times. Love the squat / power rack setup!! Small improvement: it's a bit dusty in spots, would benefit from more regular cleaning.
