Fantastic experience: Really and truly impressed with this local gym. There have been some awesome expansions recently for usable space and equipment, they really do have anything you could need in a gym space, including affordable group classes and training packages. I usually go in the morning when it's slower, but even during busy hours people have been very friendly and easy to share space with - Selkirk has an amazing gym community and you will find them here! Highly recommend this gym, we are so lucky to have them right here in town - go check them out!

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Manitoba bar none. They support their athletes like none other and manage to make the gym extremely accessible for both athletes and casual gym goers alike. The owners constantly invest in improving the offerings and equipment. The clientelle are wonderful and welcoming the vibes are immaculate. If you are in the interlake, there is zero reason to train anywhere else.

Positive experience: Good gym (owners seem nice ),training seems to come second to taking pictures and videos for 90% of the patrons though , so prepare for the extra time it takes waiting on equipment .Other than that, a very nice well equipped gym.

Fantastic experience: I’m a regular in Chantal’s HITT fusion class and I love it! Chantal has designed this class as the perfect combination of cardio and strength which you can easily adapt to meet your personal goals and needs. The best part about this class is how GOOD you feel when you’re done! So come and give it a try, we have room for you in the morning class!

Negative experience: It’s a good gym , some issues in the later half of the experience that can be corrected.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and we like working out close to home. Just wanted to add a wish list for some added cardio machines in the facility: Jacob’s ladder and a rower.

Fantastic experience: What a facility! This space ia massive and the equipment offered is exceptional! Eleiko Competition Bench and Rogue calibrated plate to kettlebells, sandbags, machines ... and more! People are friendly and the garage doors make it even better!

Positive experience: Took the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class which was good. Decent sized room for the number of people doing the class. Fits about 8 to 10 on the mats. Any larger and they would need to add more mats. Room is big enough to add more mats too, so hopefully they will do this soon. Actual weight room is quite large and spacious. Lots of equipment and free-weights to use. Not sure how the equipment is, as I did not do an actual weight workout. Looks pretty decent though. Would recommend anyone to try it out.

Fantastic experience: Clean equipment and weights, friendly staff, lots of space and equipment, large variety of equipment and weights. Easily the best gym within the area and only going to find bigger by driving 30 minutes into Winnipeg. They offer a large variety of classes and training that will fit into people's schedules. The gym is open 24 hours and it's at an extremely affordable price as of 11/11/22. Great gym and anyone looking for a gym in the area should look no further. Cheers.

Fantastic experience: easy 10/10, great people great staff and a great variety of equipment ive been working out there for just 7 months and people think im on gear because im only 15, you can definitely build a great physique here

Positive experience: We’re lucky to have a 24/7 gym in a small town but guys enough with the 80s rock music loop blaring away all day all night. Here’s where I scratch my head because everyone has earbuds listening to something else on your WiFi so what’s the point competing with us? Besides that I remember Jay Cutler 4 time Olympia winner saying, “ if you need music to motivate you in the gym, you’re in the wrong sport.” Yup it’s a distraction.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure coming here, a true lifters gym with a mix of old school and newer equipment. An ample amount of Iron plates and dumbbells, various cables and machinery, treadmills and a couple ellipticals. However, the best part about Iron Image is the atmosphere and the members.

Fantastic experience: Abundance of space. Lots of free-weights and all the equipment that the other gyms have. New stuff brought in frequently. Classes available. Matt and Tom are happy to help all gym-goers without pressure or sales pitches. Nice to know my fees go to support a local business with people that live in the community.

They've got everything you need to train for anything. Sign up, start gaining some muscles!
