Positive experience: Loved the outdoor whirlpool and that it’s accessible to hotel guests. Lost a couple points because I had to go back up to my room because there were no pool towels when I went at 9pm, and because there were two unsupervised kids (around 9 yrs old) running around the pool deck, yelling, and splashing

Positive experience: For the price a continental breakfast should be included.

Positive experience: Great hot tub and pool, for kids and adults, but the gym has been more like Mcdonald's play house lately. Some neglectful parent is going to sue for a fortune when their kid breaks an arm playing with equipment.
