Fantastic experience: The classes offered here are awesome! They offer a nice variery, so there is something for everyone, of all fitness levels. My personal favourites are the spin (amazing cardio and lower body) and Barre (great for really working and toning fine muscle groups).

Fantastic experience: I especially love the TRX classes! It's not as scary as it looks! Anyone can do it. You can easily adjust your difficulty for any fitness level. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

My favourite classes are definitely Barre and Trx but I've been to bootcamp, pound and spin classes as well and they're all fantastic!
