Fantastic experience: Joining CrossFit has been one of the best things I've done for myself. I'm only a few months in to going 3x a week(or less, because hey, life stuff happens) and I'm feeling stronger and more capable. It was not easy working through my preconceived ideas of what I thought it meant to be a "CrossFiter" but I'm glad I made it to my 1st class, cause that's all it took. I'm so grateful for this great group of humans! The coaches and all the people who work on their goals along side me (sometimes they're the same people) are really inspiring.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Coaching and Amazing Experience! I was 30lbs overweight and had a hurt knee (torn in 3 places) ...and in less than a year I lost weight and got stronger but best of all my knee is pain free. People tell me... "I need to be in shape before I go to CrossFit"...that is absolutely NOT true. I was in the worst shape of my life and now I am in some of the best shape I have ever been in thanks to Cody, Derek and the rest of the coaches.

Fantastic experience: I have never had as much fun at a gym as I do here. The owners and coaches are excellent and walk you through everything from warm up to cool down. All the programming is taken care of for you so you never have to wander around wondering what to do next and everything is done in the span of 1 hour. If you've ever thought about trying CrossFit, now is the time and this is the place to do it. I assure you, You will not be disappointed. I cant recommend CrossFit Salmon Arm enough.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in to complete 19.2! Great group of people. Very nice, and great set up!. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Super great gym in a beautiful location. Awesome coaching, nice equipment and facilities and a really wonderful community feel with laid-back atmosphere and lots of laughs. Definitely a gym I would send my mom to and one I would train at regularly myself if I lived in the area. 6 stars.
