Fantastic experience: Class of its own! Best in the market!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Staff is super helpful and kind, as well as offer complimentary towel service. The change rooms and showers are cleaned very often and there's a weight scale, as well as a full-body mirror. There is a multitude of machines, including: treadmills true form runner assault bikes stationary bikes stair machine ladder machine squat racks many dumbbells squat machines hamstring machines chest press machine lat pull-down & row machine assisted pull-up machine hip thrust machine a rear rhomboid machine (I think) bosu balls stretching mats and I'm probably missing something... The membership here is on the pricier side compared to other local gyms, and rightfully so, as it's worth paying for the extreme cleanliness and warm atmosphere. I highly recommend this gym to beginners, as well as seasoned gym-goers.

Positive experience: Nice gym BUT not open on holidays (at least not on Boxing Day when we went) which is a huge deal to me, and no customers here seem to think it’s necessary to wipe down their equipment when they’re done with it, especially cardio machines. I know the latter isn’t 100% their fault, but it should be enforced a little better and does weigh in on my opinion as it is quite gross. I recommend wiping your equipment down here before and after using it just to be safe.

Fantastic experience: I won a 1-year membership at a stag and doe, and I'm so glad I did, I love this gym. I've tried 2 other gyms in this city and I never felt comfortable with either. This gym is different, it's welcoming and the people are friendly. I don't feel overwhelmed or intimidated when I do my workout. The overall environment is just great, I highly recommend it!
