Negative experience: I really like this place. But I give two stars for the fact that the machines I need have not been working for several months. And massage chairs do not work well and often break down. There is always a queue for a massage.

Positive experience: Damn!...3 flights of stairs....almost turned around and left work out completed....much laughter.... Transferred from Kirkland after 8 years.....kept getting sick every time I went since the beginning of the year 4 colds/COVID in the March to July window...three weeks of misery each time...COVID benefits I guess. Now I wear a mask period. Trying to get use too feel and the vibe of the place...couple of pieces of different machines...and punching bags... yeah.... couldn't get the sled to work though....it just seems to dig into the mat and tilt... but all things considered happy to be working out again.

Positive experience: Really nice location and great gym. I gave three stars because the girl at the front reception really needs to tone down and be polite. She didn’t respond very well when I asked her about the equipment as if I was bothering her and now she talked super rudely to my guest who accompanied me just to make us feel uncomfortable.

Negative experience: Bad gym. Bad service. I regret ever signing up. If you go ahead and sign up anyway, make sure if you ever lose your credit card or have it stolen, that the very first thing you do is call your gym! Don’t think about your rent/hydroquebec/insurance, etc.. make sure to prioritise your…gym. Don’t call them when you have your new card, no, AS SOON as you realise it’s stolen. Not only the prices are really high but they also have a terrible system for communication and billing. I lost my credit card and one week later, I go in to pay the last week and cancel my membership. But alas, they are charging me a $27 penalty fee for my payment not going through a week ago. I understand that there should be a penalty for late payments but my card was LOST and as soon as I received a new one I went in to use it to pay. Their excuse for charging it is I am supposed to let them know before they attempt to charge me. But that was literally impossible in my case as they both happened in the same day. TLDR; they will try to squeeze ever penny out of you EVEN if your credit card is LITERALLY NOT WORKING. The gym itself is also very small for how many people there are and is constantly busy. Few benches for lifting, fewer squat racks. Only go if you’re all about cardio.

Positive experience: The gym itself has a plenty variety of machines and weights. More than enough equipment to make a perfect workout. The staff is friendly and carefully keeping the facilities clean and running. Having that said, Ive been a member of this gym for about 2.5 years now and it’s the first time I actually consider changing gyms because of the smell. Some (very few) people are not paying attention to their body odour and it is bad to a point where you can’t even workout close to them because the smell is just unbearable. It is normal to sweat and smell but these cases I’m talking about are extreme.I don’t think it’s news to anyone that you need to breathe to workout properly, not to mention to literally live. They need to implement better rules concerning hygiene. It’s not fair for people who are sharing spaces with them

Negative experience: Upgraded my membership in November after moving from Brossard BuzzFit in the last 4 weeks the 3 Red light machines have not been working only one of the two Hydro massage chairs is working. Men's showers for my husband were not available for a couple of days. The place is like a sauna in there the whole time. When I ask when will these machines be repaired nobody knows. When will these issues be repaired

Fantastic experience: First time here, was offered a tour of the gym as well as a one week free trial, which was quite unexpected. The staff at the gym were quite warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The gym was equipped with everything I needed, from specific machines to free weights to barbell to cardio, and heavy lifting areas. The locker rooms were generic, with 3 showers. Definitely not enough at peak hours. And there are no soap dispensers in the showers. The locker room could have been cleaner. Sauna was a nice, included touch. The gym area appeared quite clean, most members were disinfecting their equipment after use, and there was often staff passing by to clean the floors. The counter is stocked with a few energy drinks, protein shakes, and hydration drinks. Overall, I would certainly recommend a membership here considering the price and amenities.

Negative experience: Broken equipment for last 2 months, broken water tab from last 2 weeks and no privacy for starching (poor gym layout) They increased monthly fee by 10% and $57 maintenance fee on top of that ! They have a 12 months commitment and they charge maintenance fee for next year 2 months before end of commitment so you are stuck for next year !! Cheep tricks

Negative experience: I must say that my experience at the gym was great, until I was in the sauna and a male worked casually walked in the women washroom on a busy day while the women locker room was full. He proceeded to open the sauna door without any notice meanwhile I was half naked, needless to say I have never returned to the gym ever since that experience. Men should not be allowed in the women locker room period, no excuse!

Positive experience: Very nice and spacious gym but the AC doesn't distribute everywhere so it's always so hot and you sweat a lot lol. Update: I only removed 1 star due to the lack of AC lol but I forgot to mention that the staff is very nice in this location! During my free trial with my bf, we were welcomed by the employee I don't know his name unfortunately (average height, bald, very kind and smiley Caucasian guy with nice blue eyes) and he was very helpful, accommodating, and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised and loved the customer service we received from him and he was also one of the reasons why we signed up at the gym. Buzzfit DDO is very lucky to have him as an employee. They've also updated the gym with more equipment (they now have deadlift platforms and indoor turf for sled push/pulls, etc. However, their black mats do need to be replaced though, they're flat and no longer have cushion

Negative experience: Joined in April and on account of an unexpected amount of work that I had upcoming, I realized that I would need a hiatus of approximately three months from my training. Apparently this is not a valid reason for putting my membership on hold. As a result, I decided that it would be best for me to cancel my membership. I was told that I needed a Doctor's note or a evidence of a plane ticket to put my membership on hold. I find this ridiculous! I enjoyed the gym and the time I did spend there. However, I also must say that the young woman who signed me up and also signed me out never smiled and was never very helpful, understanding or accommodating. It's unfortunate, but I was not made to feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: Man this place is very cool, I love this place! Pretty cheap for the amount of machines, space of the place and overall atmosphere in it. I definitely recommend going here if you live nearby, you won't regret it. I workout here at least 5 times a week (unless I'm really tired) and I loved every single time I was here.

Negative experience: This place does credit card fraud. Even if you cancel your membership they will keep charing your card. I had to file a charge back with my bank. This is the only gym that will not let you become a member unless you have a credit card on file.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! We had a billing issue since covid restrictions started, we went there worried that we will have to pay a lot since we never cancelled the service. India was awesome and cleared everything up within 5 mins. I truly did not expect such a service especially after my last horrible experience with Gold's gym Saint Laurent, I made the mistake of assuming all gym businesses are the same. Hat off to Buzzfit! Negative experience: The parking is very very bad. Full of holes , muddy and not done with asphalt. The machines are not getting fixed since i go 4 times a week i can feel some machines needs repaires and more are braking. At least once a week no swipes in multiple bins and staff says well we have none. First year and won't renew if still like this at the end of my year membership. Quite not impress for a big name like Buzzfit

Negative experience: The employees stand at the cash having personal conversations making you wait for them to finish as you wait at the front. I am on a free trial from the Brossard location (far superior in terms of service). I called DDO this morning to confirm that it would be fine for me to test an alternate location. They said it would be fine. I then drive to location to be rejected. Poor service.

Fantastic experience: Hi New member after a failed attempt many years back...i NEVER came in at all after registering and keeping the membership active, but staying away. This time around however there is a difference and my commitnent is due to my trainer Jemal. This young man has impressed me with his personality, patience, kindness, love and dedication to his position and profession. I also enjoy the facilities, cleanliness and all around quiet ambiance. Positive experience: I must say the value is great for beginners. Half the price of close competitors World Gym and Monster. However, this is hinted by the fact that there are lots of smith machines and cardio machines. A great bonus is the sauna. Locker rooms are on the smaller side, and the crowd is mostly teenagers. They are even open on Christmas and New years. Definitely worth a look!

Fantastic experience: Giving a 5 star review to Khaled because I forgot to cancel my membership for about 3 years, when I moved to another part of town, and he waived the fee for me. I really appreciate this because I messed up my knee playing basketball and will need surgery and the money waived will help with the physio. Thank you Khaled!

Fantastic experience: I joined this DDO location and I'm happy with the amount of equipment they have. I can tan and have a massage in one of the super chairs they have there. My membership allows me to visit any Buzzfit location but this one is the cleanest I have been to. The graveyard person on weekends is very helpful and keeps the place in order. There's sometimes some hormone overload young people late at night throwing workout balls around and screaming from frustration long after their workout is done overstaying their visit but besides that it's flawless. Buzzfit DDO is the best ! Good job to the franchisee/owner and his staff. Don't forget the rebates you're untitled to with your membership(see picture)

Positive experience: Has all the machines and equipment needed. Gets busy sometimes. My 1 less star is because the app shows they offer classes here but they don't and because you can only work with a buzzfit registered trainer. Except they aren't buzzfit employed, they're contractors that you contact yourself, they don't set up or schedule for you so it doesn't make sense to me why you can't work with another preferred trainer.

Fantastic experience: i recently found out the 45$ was the maintenance fee. Kinda high, but overall good gym. Just needs clean up from time to time bcz of smell. Will be coming back in a few days :)

Negative experience: Would avoid going to this gym at all cost. This is coming from a formal employee who was treated very poorly in the workspace by management and other staff and was written off with no reason or proof. HR had no intention into asking what was happening. & the old manager kept firing all staff for absolute no reason. Beyond upset of the way they treat people around here

Negative experience: Now it's August 2022, i cancelled my membership in Last November 2021. but they still deduct 22$+TX from my credit card . every time the receptionists giving me a different manager name to e-mail and they refuse to give me phone num . Negative experience: I was going to join this gym as it is close to my home, but after reading all the comments about the lack of customer service / rudeness of the staff / incredible fee charging policies, I decided not to join. I see the responses from the supposed problem solvers are a standard copy/paste response. Does not inspire confidence. Sorry folks!

Negative experience: Decent gym. Terrible management. It’s insane how Dominic has not gotten fired yet. Very unprofessional and rude. Flirting with clients. Such a potential filled gym given to a terrible manager.

Negative experience: Worst gym ever and worst management run by the worst manager "Dominic" last month me and my friend signed up the membership . Dominic was the one who was signing us up for the membership. The way he was looking at us was very uncomfortable. When we were done with the signup and we came home and we saw he sent the follow request on Instagram to my friend. We dont even know him.! And it was very embarrassing moment for us .We quit the gym and recommended everyone els to go somewhere els than comming here Thanks

Fantastic experience: I hate this place it makes everything hurt but so does every other gym so i guess that makes it a good gym. Great gym if you dont want to get locked in on annual fees if your worried youll drop it in a few months this is the way to go you can cancel any month and signing back up is super easy took me 5 minutes and i was back in. It is not the cheapest option out there if you last the whole year but still not bad great staff and environment

Positive experience: Good gym, a bit crowded and can use Bench Press and Incline Bench presss in free weight. Price is good, staff are good. Mason is awesome and hope he gets a promotion. Thanks.

Negative experience: Before the last lockdown happened. I asked the manager to cancel my membership, he said no need to cancel it now, just keep it open, you won’t be charged. If you don’t renew the membership it will be cancelled automatically. After three months from the reopening, I received an email to close the remaining balance of the last 3 months plus the penalties. I spoke with the same manager to explain the situation and didn’t even try helping. He said it is what it is. I called the customer service department, I explained the same. Also, he said it is what it is. The staff are made up of students, very rude, unprofessional, they don’t know what they are doing or talking about. Manager there is absolutely terrible at communicating information. Avoid or cancel if you are already member, it’s better to go to a valued gym.
Negative experience: My sole purpose of becoming a member was to have access to the spinning bikes. At first they were ok within a short period of time they needed to be fixed. The seats and front bars of the bikes kept moving unable to screw them in place. I had to tape the seat to be able to use the bike. They never fixed the bikes!!

Negative experience: First off, Yesterday I was canceling my membership and the front desk person was very rude about it. They did not wear a mask and seemed like they did not know what they were doing . The front desk people are not very comfortable they just hang around in the computer doing nothing. Plus it doesn’t have the quality of equipment that I’m used to with my former gym. They lack classes for people who do CrossFit / high end sports / tournaments and the equipment are not available to the public . There is only 2 personal trainer , who are not there / not available most days. They do not ha nutritionist. Plus the staff are made up of students . Not professional who know what they are doing / talking about.

Negative experience: It seems I'm not the only person who experienced the same poor communication and bad service. At the the beginning of the pandemic I called to cancel my membership and was told it was handled. Later I receive an email they charged my credit card 60$. I replied to the email with request for refund and cancellation. Never heard from them all the time they were closed. Went back to reactivate my membership in July and they requested 78$ for months unpaid and penalties of 10$ monthly because they couldn't pass the amounts since my cchanged during this time. I told them about the call and the email and they said they didn't cancel by phone and they denied receiving any emails from me but I have them in my sent emails. I asked them to cancel immediately and refund me. The manager refused and said they can't cancel until I paid the balance owing otherwise they would keep adding monthly charges and 10$ monthly penalty for the card not passing even though I told the card changed and I never set foot I the gym since the pandemic started for health reasons. Finally they gave the name and email of the person who supposedly can fix this. I emailed him over 3 weeks ago and no answer yet. I understand that gyms suffered from the pandemic but that's not the way to make up for losses by scamming loyal clients with you since opening. Next step small claims court. Will update.
